We enjoyed the aquarium, but it wasn't our favorite attraction in Chattanooga. Rock City was.... But,there are some nice displays and it is easy to navigate. You start at the top and work your way down and the signs are well posted. There was one doror for wheelchair access that wasn't clearly marked that caused us some confusion, but otherwise it was good. My favorite was the ocean building....It takes 1-2 hours for each building or more if you stop a lot. Pucketts is a nearby restaurant and has FABULOPUS food and service.

I've always loved Lookout Mountain. The roads are very cramped but it's worth the drive up there. Brought my kids and they loved it.

Raccoon Caverns is a small operation, you won’t see dozens of billboards for it. The entrance to the caverns is unremarkable. But what it lacks in flashiness, it more than makes up for in heart and beauty. Our guide was enthusiastic about each and every salamander we encountered, and it was contagious. She kept my teenager interested and curious, which is no small feat (poop stories always help!). The caverns themselves were gorgeous, lit just enough that we could appreciate them (while still respecting the salamanders vision). We both loved it and would absolutely recommend!

We took the HiawasseeTrain to Copper Hill. We've been to Copper Hill previously but the ride to Copper Hill was relatively comfortable and the staff was extremely accommodating. The conductor pointed out interesting locations of former towns and highlighted some interesting sights. The river is beautiful and the mountains are amazing. Over-all it was a nice ride, educational and historically informative.

Ruby falls was beautiful. I wish we didn't do the "express" tour. It was very rushed. I would have liked to have more time to take in the beauty along the walk to the falls and take pictures. Stopping to let other groups go by also took up time. We only had 7 people in our group and it was still rushed. I had to take pictures while we ran through the caverns but we did get 5 minutes to take pictures of the beautiful falls.

Sunday morning walk across the bridge, plenty of seats if you need a rest or just to admire the views. A pleasant walk to help with your 10k steps

So much to do! Fun for a variety of ages. We were there over two hours and still didn't see everything. We went on a Friday, and it wasn't too crowded.

This is a great place. Fantastic atmosphere, several whiskey options, great folks working there. You don’t have to do the tour - just sample some whiskey and buy a bottle on the way out. Cheers!

This was a beautiful cemetary. We just drove around for about 15-20 minutes as it was the wnd if the day, but it would be a great place to get out and walk around. Great history here!

It's not *quite* a major city art museum, but the selections are well curated and any number would hold their own in larger galleries on the quality of the work vs name of the artist. Building itself is by a Ghery student and it certainly shows. Agree wonderful views and you can shoot the building from a the pedestrian bridge across the river as well. Slight disappointment in the hstoric house - it's really just been carved into galleries, and while the staircase/entrance remains, you don't get that much of a sense of this building as it once was. Still, appreciation for having preserved it. I was actually in Chatanooga for something else but adjusted my day to spend more time at the Hunter.
