Tim is an incredible teacher who taught us many valuable and meaningful lessons that will stay in our hearts. We felt that we were in a safe space and we could ask any questions that we had without judgement. This knowledge will go on to help our clients on their healing journey and has opened up many important conversations for us to have as a team.
The location is absolutely beautiful and we all felt closer to the nature and the land we live on.
Organising the day with Sarah was easy and she was very friendly.

1) selling / hiring-out high quality kayak equipment and accessories;
2) running guided paddle expeditions in the local area that cater for novices through to experts; and
3) providing expertise, knowledge and tips for improving your kayaking technique.
I've purchased my own equipment from Kayak Central Coast. I was able to try out various kayaks to get a feel for the different models before buying, and thus ensure I bought the right one for me, based on my intended use, physical build and budget. I've since been back and done the same for my daughter - another try-before-you-buy which saw my daughter choose a kayak that suited her needs. Don't ever buy a kayak without trying it out, or seeking expert guidance - there's a 'science' to these things!
I now also join the Kayak Central Coast team most Sunday's for a guided paddle, as part of a growing paddle group. We do between 8km and 16km, and we travel both enclosed waters and open sea. The Kayak Central Coast staff plan different routes for each trip (I've yet to do one twice) and they also take on board suggestions for where to go. The staff also know the local history of the area, so there's more to the trip than just paddling.
Each time I go out, I learn something new about kayaking, and my technique - and stamina - has been steadily improving.
If you love the water - and it's beautiful in the Hawkesburry - and you're looking for something energetic and exciting to do, I strongly recommend hiring a kayak for the day, or better still, joining-in with a guided paddle.Written 15 December 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Of course, the megapubs on the main street charge less for some things, and although Bay Road is on the edge of the city centre rather than in an industrial zone, it's the most horrible part of the city with terrible pedestrian access and the only people in the brewery were workers from the numerous local construction sites. Our driver was very accommodating nothing again was too much trouble
