We live in the area and consume large amounts of fruit. We have been to all the fruit stands in the valley and this is our favorite by a wide margin. Located a bit off the main highway #35 but worth the ten minute drive. Huge selection of fresh apples and pears. New product brought out of their storage every day. We were there two weeks ago and there were ten varieties of pears and 40 varieties of apples. The stand continues into the winter as long as they have quality fruit to sell. During the week in the winters it operates on the honor system. Just finished eating a monster Jonagold apple. Crisp. Sweet. Juice running down my arm. We will head over to the stand this weekend. Do not miss this one.

We came for berry-picking and stayed for the food and views! The vibe was very laid back. Their blueberry U-Pick was a bit slim, but their cherries were vast! You could also buy fruit already picked.

There was outdoor and indoor seating for their restaurant. Seat yourself. It was $40 for 1 pizza and 2 drinks. Couldn't beat the price with this view!

Pro-tip: Be prepared for wind! Napkins were blowing off the tables left and right!

Fresh fruit, cider to sample, flowers to walk through, and goats to feed. Something for everyone. Didn't care for all the cider flavors, but it was interesting doing a tasting.

This place is off the beaten path - one of the last orchards as you travel south towards Mt. Hood from Hood River. But my wife prefers organic fruits. We visited on a very quiet Monday afternoon - very few visitors while we were there. A very nice Hispanic man helped us with our selections and encouraged us to sample some slices from the large bins of apples and pears. In mid-October, there must have been at least 20 varieties of apples and pears. Prices are very reasonable and the building was very nice - one of the nicest on the Fruit Loop. The grounds are beautiful, with great views of the surrounding mountains.
