- Surya JMumbai, India198 contributionsAlthough I would rate this ferry as more comfortable, I personally was not in favor of the seating arrangements. We were seated deep down in the Vessel where no windows existed. There were a lot of cockroaches too, seats were small. More like stadium seats. Once we reached Neil, the Capt of the ship was asking everyone to de board quick. I hope he remembers that we are customers and not crew members. Compared to the competition, this was definitely a better ship. Overall the vibe is very good though and it’s open till 10:30pm, which is also a bonus in Havelock.
Definitely a must visit place if you want to chill place to hang (not a fine dining experience), with nice live music & good food. Stayed in the on-campus huts, which were perfect embodiment of sundar,sasta and tikau.

We did 2 days of diving (4 dives) with Dive India and the level of customer service, the care and attention to detail, the tremendous experience knowledge of the instructors of each dive site, the marine life have been consistently outstanding since my first trip to Havelock in 2013. Getting in touch with them was super easy and I was on WhatsApp with Shweta within minutes and my dives, equipment rental, payment and confirmation were organized seemlessly. Kudos to Mel and the team at Dive India for yet another memorable trip to the Andamans and I’m already looking forward to the next one!
