Our tour was a smaller group which was nice. The day was beautiful the water was calm and the stops to the little islands were just perfect. Before we knew it, the two-hour trip was over. Ian, our tour guide, gave us a class and we were ready to go. This is a great way to explore Wilmington, NC. We will likely take the tour again and bring more friends. - Marcus E3 contributionsMy girlfriend and I were visiting Wilmington for the first time and knew pretty much nothing about the city. We like to go on tours like this in every city we visit. We're used to tour companies cancelling on you if they don't get enough guests on a specific day but this group didn't and we were super happy for it. The guide was extremely knowledgeable about the city and history more generally, and had a lot of fun anecdotes. Sadly I don't remember his name, but I won't forget his personality. We went outside our comfort zones, learned amazing facts, met fun people, and made great memories! Trisha, our host, was amazing!!!! She was so supportive and personable!! She is so knowledgeable and witty, which made the experience super fun! we went to several bars/wine rooms along the way, and Amanda also gave drink recommendations at each (wine and cocktails).
