    Great experience parasailing!
    Adam, Shawn and Ethan were great! We went with our family - 2 adults and 2 kids (8 and 10). The crew made the experience fun while remaining extremely professional. We have already recommended to friends and family!

    THESE are the tours you seek…No Jedi trickery!
    There simply aren’t enough stars to rate the OBX Coastal Kayak Touring Company! I participated in both a sunrise AND a sunset tour during the October 2023 Wings Over Water Festival.

    Both tours were absolutely amazing. At Sunrise we met at a boat ramp near Rodanthe and headed out in the darkness (with glow lights) to gently wake 17 wild flamingos as the sky shifted from blue to pink to…well, you get the picture- and so did I. Michael was super friendly and cheerful, and just as excited to learn from the Nature Nerds as we were to experience “his” paddling spots.

    At Sunset the next day, it was gator time with Christopher at the Alligator River Refuge near Manteo. Christopher is the definition of chill and knew exactly where to find and point out alligators on the super satisfying bends of the paddling trail (not a beginner’s route).

    Finally- KUDOS to Coastal for having top quality paddles and kayaks. I brought my own pfd and gloves, (cause, you know, or you don’t) but life vests were provided to those who came without. I totally fell in love with their carbon fiber paddles- SO much that I ordered one of my own the second I got home.

    All in all, two tours that ticked every box- wildlife, stunning scenery, camera pleasing light in every shade and the best dang tour guides out there. Bravo! I will be back!

    Wine at noon
    My 2nd time doing this cruise. It is beautiful. Loved the voyage, loved the wine. Very hospitable. I would do it again.

    Highly recommend!!!!
    My boyfriend and I went parasailing for the first time here. We loved it! Grant and Dan were very nice and friendly! We paid for the 800 ft and it was worth it! It was more like 1000ft according to the captain and we’ll worth the money. Highly recommend for any type of group. It was very peaceful and a great experience! Thank you again!!!

    10/10 Time With Frank and Cody
    We had a blast on our 4 hour near shore charter with Frank and Cody. Caught 25, which is more than we ever expected, thanks to Cody’s expertise! The Sea Hag is beautiful. We did have one member of our party get sea sick - it happens - and Cody handled it like a champ (just don’t do it inside Frank’s cabin lol). We’ll definitely fish with Frank and Cody when we come back next Summer. 10/10!!

    Kite flying expert advice - was not expecting level of understanding
    Simply was not expecting the level of expertise from Chelsea when it came to kite purchases for the family. I came in with a pre-conceived notion of what our kids would enjoy flying and she very thoughtfully walked through the advantages of a different style based on the size of my children and what we wanted to get out of kite flying. Ended up making two very different purchases and I simply cannot express enough how much fun we have had over the last 1+ year of ownership of the kites we got. Went back recently for even more advice and she was equally helpful. EXACTLY what we needed, I'm, so glad we didn't go in the direction I was planning on going and can't speak highly enough of my unexpected delight from the knowledge there.

    Great service!
    Rented SUP's from Duck Village Outfitters. Delivered on time and equipment was very nice quality. I've also inquired about buying a used board from them and spoke to Jason (who I believe manages the location in Duck). Upon inspection the used board I was about to buy had been repaired (not unusual) but it had some spots Jason was not satisfied with so he basically would not sell it to me. Nice to find honest and knowledgeable people out there!! Thank you Jason. DVO will get more of my business in the future. Recommend you give them a shout if you need rentals or other services

    Perfect way to learn how to paddleboard
    We took a group of novices aged 13-46 and OBXSUP was awesome. The two instructor/owners were able to teach advanced tricks to those of us who picked it up quickly while also working closely with those of us who had trouble getting going.

    Friendly, fun and, best of all, we learned how to paddleboard!!!!

    Come Sail Away!
    Wonderful time was had by all during this two-hour tour. Our family had a great time! Captain Billy and Kimber were fantastic! I would definitely do this again if back at Outer Banks.

    Awesome experience
    It was so much fun! Jon was such a patient instructor. He took me from zero to hero in 60 minutes! When you are on the foil it’s so cool.

    Donated a pair of Costas
    Dakota and Nick were great! Dakota was not afraid to open it up and we had some great weather for a trek around KW. Dakota was the guide and funny and professional. Everyone was versed on hand signals and we stopped about 3 times to get everyone back in line.
    I would recommend this very highly. I was w my wife and my 16 year old boy and this was the highlight of the trip for him.
    I donated a pair of Costas when my son tried to keep up and edged out coming over a wave. These jet skis scoot. We got up to about 5o mph when we ended the trip in glassy conditions.
    A nice perk was we got there early and we were allowed to hang and use the pool at the resort hotel. All In all a great trip w great service and would def recommend.

    Nice store
    This was a great store, went in to look and left with a bag full of items for myself and souvenirs to take back home. It could have been a lot more dangerous if it wasn’t for my husband finally catching up to me! 😂 great shopping!

    First E Foil Experience
    First time! Had a blast on my E Foil Lesson. The instruction was killer and easy to follow. I managed to foil a handful of times and got my balance under control. Such an awesome way of getting on the water.

    I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a new challenge or experience on the water. This activity can be very user friendly for beginners.

    Can't wait to do it again.
