The class covered the differences in types of Olive oil, we fixed Santorinian Salad, Tomato fritters, Fava, Lamb Kleftiko, and Ryzogalo. We were in the area celebrating our 40th anniversary, and attended the Sunday morning mass, which just happened to be on marriage and love ❤️ . Nicholas showed us a number of paintings, was very knowledgeable about their artists and convinced us to invest.
