    Even if you only have one day in Mauritius, do this
    One of the best excursions ever. I only had one day to do something fun in Mauritius while travelling for work, and I definitely made the right choice. The breathtaking water and beach, fantastic snorkeling, good food... and Christian and Bouba were great. I was on my own and quickly made friends with the other passengers. Highly recommend.

    Day trip
    Quite disappointing as the trip was not as expected. The tour is mainly held in French and the info in English was limited and the English speaking tourist were kind of left out.
    We stopped at two islands - one with the lighthouse and some other smaller one next to it but there was absolutely nothing to see there.
    When we reached Ile aux Cerfs we had BBQ lunch. The food was average (chicken leg and fish + banana flambe). Fish had no taste at all. The guys choosing the Vege option were served twice the same food, that was quite poor. There was way too much time in the lunch spot, not so good time management from the guides. Would have loved to see some other parts of the island instead of sitting around and doing nothing in the lunch spot which was closed off by the golf course.

    Ps the snorkling in Blue Bay is something you can do on your own easily from the beaches around, no need for boat tours. There are exactly the same fish over there and the corals are sadly mostly dead.

    Relaxing and fun all in one :)
    It was such a smooth experience with Bonjour Mauritius! We arrived at Blue Bay and the boat was already waiting for us. The water at Blue Bay was really out of this world beautiful. Our toddler had a blast counting all kinds of fish she spotted thru the glass bottom panels! 10/10 :D

    The finale of this outting was well worth the price!
    This outting started off rather dull, visits to a small marketplace which had nothing of interest to a tourist and the few other stops was not anything to write home about. Also, the place that we were scheduled to have lunch at was closed at the time of our arrival, which prompted us to forego lunch and continue with the tour. The last part of the tour which was the quad ride was simply amazing and took us to some amazing hidden gems that was well worth the price of the tour.

    A good spend of a day
    The trip lasted 830am to 4PM, which was plenty time. Went to two beaches and one area near a cliff to snorkel. Plenty of food, coffee and cake in the morning, and pretty much all you can eat for lunch. Same with drinks, bottomless. Good crew.

    Only negative was only enough snorkeling masks and fins for 10% of the boat. I couldnt go because they didnt have enough equpment, that was dissapointing. But, this is a nice trip to get off the island.

    Best place for snorkeling
    We had a good time with the family. We enjoy the snorkeling and it was veryy beautiful. The park is also amazing with lots of crocodile and turtles. Surely dknt miss the feeding session. Our driver manu is a great guy. Highly recommend

    Highly recommend!
    We booked Mauritius Taxi Transfer after reading all the positive reviews on TripAdvisor and highly recommend. Communication prior to booking was prompt - there were two price options (based on type of vehicle) and options to pay in both MUR or EUR. We were met at the airport; the vehicle was very clean & comfortable which made the transfer to the hotel (about 45mins) very easy. Booked them again for our return trip to the airport and on both occasions found the driver extremely friendly & informative about the island (& football 😂)! Thank you very much. Hopefully we will visit & see you again!

    Wow
    Saw so many different things in one day! Fantastic value for money, the driver could speak English really well and knew a lot about the various places. He kindly drove from one side of the island to the other to the other to take my to another accomodation place.

    Its a full day but means you can stay as little or as long as you want in the various places which meant it was quite relaxing really as well as informative.

    Do not go to Mauritius without taking this tour!

    It depends on what you are looking for
    Nice trip, but the focus was not snorkelling. At least, on the trip I was on, the focus and time was really on sightseeing and drinking.
    The crew were nice, the boat had a fun atmosphere, but we only had two short snorkels in a 4 hour trip :

    1. Appx 20 minute drift swim - which was great.
    2.Blue Bay "marine park" . Again it maybe lasted 20-30 minutes,

    At Blue bay, there was a scrum of boats all many with swimmers jumping off the roofs of their boats. The water was murky and, but for the copious amount of fish food being dumped, I think the place would have been a ghost-town due to the noise. I believe people do see turtles there, but can only say that the turtles must not be of a nervous disposition.

    So a 4 hour tour with appx 1 hour of snorkelling. The rest of the time was either watching the glass bottom boat trim the Coral, or having lunch or snacks in two other locations.

    I realise that this may read as a negative review. It's not really, it's that I was expecting something different.

    I found something that matched my expectations two weeks later on La Digue, Seychelles with Nevis Ernesta La Digue Boat Excursions.
