    Raccoon Caps
    Bolwin’s continental divide trading post is sign posted about 100 times so it is impossible to miss. It is a great location to pick up some souvenirs grab a snack and use the clean restrooms. Perhaps you need a giant statue of a bear? They have it! Raccoon cap? Yes! Everything you could want.

    Wonderful shop and lovely shopkeeper!
    Verla's Western Wear is also Border Rock Shop--two stores in one--and it's full of great clothes, unusual gifts and beauteous rocks. The rocks range from rough by-the-pound chunks in labeled bins in the yard out back to rows of shelves of polished crystal and mineral specimens inside, tiny to tall.

    Besides all this, in the glass cases at the counter she sells wondrous jewelry for all price ranges. Yes, for sure, in my book, this store with two official names is indeed a Lordsburg NM must-visit attraction.

    Also, I knew this was an amazing place right away when I noticed in the parking lot an old-fashioned stone grinding wheel that could fit-in just as well in this town's museum--fascinating!

    Great Gift Shop of New Mexico Souvenirs
    Want a Billy the Kid cookbook? How about specialty foods, clothing, jewelry, Indian goods and artifacts and blankets for less than $8? This is the place-right off the interstate with lots of souvenirs, friendly people and a gun and pyrotechnics shop next door. My wife had a blast here and we ended up going twice.
