I took full advantage of my MasterCard benefits and made a tee time and never looked back. There are two TPC courses in Vegas, Summerlin and Las Vegas and with this being the private course of the two (along with hosting a PGA Tour event) it's a bigger draw to those who play.
Check-in was easy and painless as was the use of the practice facility. The starter that day was extremely friendly and took me up to a high point near the first tee to go over some of the layout and situations of the course; especially in the home stretch of holes. The course features fantastic bent grass greens which was a pleasant surprise in the desert. Several sets of tees allow the course to play comfortable for many different skill levels. The staff in the concession cart & stand, as well as the golf staff were superb.
My next trip to Vegas will most likely have a round at TPC Vegas because I haven't been there yet but maybe I'll make a full day out of it and play at Summerlin again!Written 9 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. So the fairway grass is brown and the rough is brown. The greens are in great shape and green. But you can get yards and yards of extra run when hitting the fairways. The fairways were like valleys in that they would shape your ball back to the middle. - Hsiang-Yun C1 contributionI was in Taiwan and I found a drive range tucked in a quiet area. Its not crowded and very peaceful. I had a great golf coach- Jeffrey Yang. He was patient, professional and cares about small details at each practice. I wish I could have more lessons from him in the future.

I played the course on my last day in Vegas, November 22, 2022. I tried to find some reviews or someone who had played the course but wasn't able to so I decided to take a chance. Overall it was a decent experience but the course is just not worth the money. The turf is dormy Bermuda and some of the tee boxes had been painted green. - Duciaume20636 contributionsAfter researching several tour companies we decided to use Paradise Found Tours for our trip from Las Vegas to the south rim of the Grand Canyon in mid September. It was a reasonable price with good reviews. Our bus picked us up from our hotel on the strip on time. We stopped at a small station to check in and switch buses, this is where they also served a simple breakfast of donuts, water or coffee. The bus ride was comfortable and the driver was knowledgeable and friendly. He went over instructions with us and stressed how important it was for everyone to be back to the bus on time. We passed over Hoover Dam, not much of a photo opp. there and than a stop at a gas station, with a McDonalds next to it, in Kingman, AZ. This was also a photo opp. for a Route 66 sign. Our next stop was Williams, AZ where we were offered a free buffet lunch before arriving at the Grand Canyon. Our driver went over each stop at the canyon and told us when and where to be back on the bus. We were also given an order sheet for Rodeo Bar and Grill for a meal (for purchase) on the way back. We headed back to Las Vegas on time with the stop in Williams.
