Classy cigar lounge with rare Fuente cigars. There is seating at the bar as well as tables on the floor. The employees are very knowledgeable and can recommend a cigar for the less experienced cigar smoker. EDGE

We spent the afternoon here not quite knowing what to expect, what we got was amazing service, super friendly informed staff and bottomless Mimosas… happy wife,

I bought a cigar after asking for advice and then paired it with one of a huge choice of whiskeys recommended by the staff, totally recommend the signature blended Rye with a ‘MF The Judge’ Cigar, can’t wait to return.

Thanks Andrew F and Ulyissua for brilliant customer service and interaction

This is, by far, the largest and most well stocked humidor in Las Vegas. I’ve been a patron of the Outlet since the day it opened and the ownership is engaged and committed to ensuring they have the best product for their customers. I’ve had occasion to be a “member” (no membership required here) of a number of cigar lounges, etc., over the almost 30 years I’ve smoked cigars, and the common error that owners make is becoming too enamored with their own tastes and forgetting the customer. That won’t happen here. They have a very helpful staff and a large selection of premium cigars at prices far below many of the locations on the strip. If you’re looking to stock up on good smokes, you have to come through the Cigar Outlet!

Best cigar bar. Gracious owner. Live entertainment. Nice humidor selection with moist cigars not dried out like others. Relaxed ambiance for great conversations.

we stop here every visit. My cigar-lover husband finds cigars here that no one else carries. I love to see him as happy as a kid in a candy store. Everyone here is so very nice. I was on the verge of heat stroke the last time we were here and i got the biggest best glass of cranberry juice (with lime) to bring me out of it. They do have a wonderful bar list. Tequila & a cigar just taste better here as you watch the shoppers pass by and enjoy you can enjoy a bit of down time or recover from heat stroke. 5*****.

Poorly managed and scattered communication amongst ALL staff (management down). Eight would rather leave 60% of the lounge empty to
Supposed reservations for hours, than serve money-in-hand, real-time guests they willfully welcome into their venue.
An hour later, we were shuffled to three different seats, never able to
Order our drinks and cigars, and upon leaving, maitr’d who initially greeted us and welcomed us in, exclaimed, ‘no seats/drinks is not my problem’.
Zero business skill and staff are in desperate need of training and better communication.

I go to cigar lounges regularly but this is the first time I have been to one on the Vegas strip. Pros: Chairs are comfortable, humidors were all 68-71, staff was friendly and the ventilation is adequate....But let me explain the problems, selection and price of cigars: They sell 4 cigars, a Cohiba red dot for $25, a basic punch for $15, a mild Macanudo and some generics re-named Smokey Cigars. There is no variety or selection and the inventory they do have is 2x the price of most other cigar lounges. The bar across the hall sells drinks but they are also on the expensive side. The lounge only has one TV and 4 chairs.
