Easy to get to the falls. Continuing up to Aster Park is the real test. Its all uphill but the view at the top is spectacular.

Jumped right in on day 1, 9/1/19. Took the boat across Two Medicine Lake to the Upper Boat Dock, a scenic and informative ride, and saves a few miles.
Climbs will get your attention. Beautiful up top. We logged 9.53 miles / 2,562 ft.

This hike is not nearly as busy or as scenic as some of the other dayhikes in Glacier. But if you're on your second (or fifth!) trip to the park, this hike is still five stars as you'll not be able to find the sweeping views you get on this trail in many 8 mi. RT dayhikes anywhere else in the USA.

The hike starts in the woods but not even after a mile it breaks out of the trees. For the next 2-2.5 miles you continue to switchback up, gaining elevation quite quickly with views of the Two Medicine area getting more and more dramatic. The last 0.75 mi. or so the trail flattens out a bit and you go through a cool tundra environment just before the short spur trail to Scenic Point. At the point, we could see a hundred miles to the eastern plains of MT.

Another great thing about this hike, is that it is shorter than other hikes that afford great views in the park. So, if you hiked this in the morning, you could spend the afternoon and evening doing something else in the park (or just relaxing!).

Great stop while driving thru East Glacier. Learned a lot and nice views. Recommend stopping here at the Continental Divide’s lowest elevation point.

Glacier Park is a special place in this great country. Its a unique area in Montana and has nice mountains and rivers through out.

We took a short walk around part of the lake - gorgeous views but be aware - we spotted a huge black bear in the parking lot behind the Many Glacier Hotel and he just sauntered down another hiking trail there!

Moderate hike over suspension bridge to waterfall. The distance if 6.8 miles round trip. If you continue past Rockwell Falls you can keep going to Cobalt Lake. If your group can handle a 12 mile hike I highly recommend it!

Great experience. Friendly and insightful guides, and a laid back atmosphere perfect for a family. View at middle point of ride, high enough up to see the Blackfeet Reservation, Glacier National Park, and Bob Marshall Wilderness was phenomenal.

We went several times for snacks, gifts, etc. Very helpful staff, neat, rustic, local flavor type of store for groceries, wine, books. Our luggage was lost from our flight, and we were able to get all our necessities here, great experience!

We chose Sun Tours since our RV rental was too big to take on Going to the Sun Road and we also wanted to support a local business. We were not disappointed. Sun Tours rescheduled us from West to East Glacier due to traffic restrictions on the Sun Road on the west side of the park where we were staying. Staff handled this change with ease.

Roland was our guide. In addition to the expected "on your left, on your right" etc., he gave us insights to growing up on the Blackfeet Reservation with Glacier Park as his extended backyard. We also learned about service berries. All of Roland's comments added greatly to the experience of the beautiful scenery.

Given the traffic load on the Sun Road, I believe a Sun Tour was an excellent choice. My wife and I could appreciate the views without the hassle of driving.

I am happy to recommend Sun Tours.

Great experience renting e- bikes. Owners were very helpful. Gave us great advice. Bikes were very nice and prices were reasonable. Glad we rented from them.
