This is a treasure trove of used, old, and rare books and maps and some magazines. You can spend a lot of time here perusing the stock. There are books that cover any subject. Most are on shelves, some are locked in glass cases. One can spend a long time here.

Yes, this store has seasonal clothing and accessories, but also sports memorabilia, jewelry and things you might not expect. Friendly staff.

While visiting Wells in January, we found so many places closed, but Spillers' Farm Store saved the day! After looking at a house with a realtor, I wanted pizza, and my wife wanted a lobster roll. Our first choices were both closed! We knew from Tripadvisor that Spillers' was open so we drove there, and it sure was. Not only did they have pizza (I bought all three slices that were readily available), but they had lobster rolls, too! Perfect, since we had to head to Portland to make our flight and didn't have time to drive around looking for lobster rolls. The store isn't huge, but there's a LOT in it. Meats, produce, a deli, pizza made on site, and the usual grocery items that you'd expect. The pizza slices themselves had been in the self-serve case for a bit, but they were still really good. My wife liked her lobster roll and chips. Friendly staff, talkative and engaging. I will not forget this place, and plan on visiting in the warmer months for berry and apple picking. Plenty of parking, credit cards accepted. Brisk traffic in and out even in Winter on MLK Day. It's nice that they are open daily year round when so many other places are closed.

This shopping plaza has pretty much everything...A large, well-stocked Hannaford supermarket, Bank of America with ATM and drive-thru, Cinema, Dollar Tree, Reny's: A Maine Adventure, Pizza Market with awesome delicious pizza, Naviina Salon and Day Spa, a drive-thru carwash and a lot, lot more...Rococo's Ice Cream, chocolates, real estate, get you nails done... Well-located just off of Post Road and Mile Road with two entrances. Beware, cars entering from Post Road DO NOT have to stop and the four-way, BUT ALL OTHER vehicles MUST STOP at their respective stop signs when leaving.

Farm Antiques is one of the most beautiful and discriminating antique stores we've been to. Their English period antiques range from the 17th through 19th centuries, and they also have Asian porcelain and other items. They don't sell reproductions -- they're all original antiques. We liked everything, especially the framed oil paintings and prints, antique boxes and tea caddies, mirrors and desks, lighting, porcelain, ceramics, etc. It's more like being in a museum than an antique shop. Everything is displayed so aesthetically. The shop is housed in a refurbished barn and is in a gorgeous setting of gardens, wildflowers, fields, and woods. There's a lily pond right next to it. It's just a few miles off the beaten path of Well's Route One, but it's easy to find and definitely worth it!

There's more than meets the eye here. There is more than one building, and they're big. The antiques are very unusual and unique. The owners are preparing to close, so items in stock are diminishing. Owner Ric met us and is very nice, happy to converse.

WOW. This place is like stepping into yesteryear, many yesteryears. Stamps, coins, unopened sports cards, opened sports card, vinyl records, munitions, military apparel, housewares, tools, dolls, furniture, collectibles, just pretty much everything. This place is large and there is stuff everywhere. Tons of parking. Located on the main drag. Open all year. You can visit again and again and spend a lot of time perusing their inventory. No stairs, but hard to maneuver a wheelchair in here.

This plaza is small, but it has a lot of good and useful stores in it. Los Olas has exceptional Mexican food and you can get a LOT for a small price. Eat it or take out. Home Town Pizza is quite good, but the prices can be steep. I've reviewed both separately. There's also a Dairy Queen, Laundry, Sherwin Williams, which has helped me with paint, Waggerstown pet grooming, food and supplies, and Nail Creations. Well-located at a light so you can come/go from two directions which can help you beat the summer traffic. The Plaza is "L" shaped and parking can fill up during meal hours.

This store has plenty of interesting items to capture one's attention. Go back in time to the 1970s or the 1870s and in between. Oh, there are my Tonka toys. Run by friendly staff and well-located at the beginning of the Route 1/Post Road summer "parking lot" where traffic begins to slow to a crawl. Visitors will find plenty of items for sale to pique their interest and there's a lot of square footage of objects to peruse. You might find that item that you've been looking for forever. The parking lot could stand enlarging. This is a popular stop.

The Wells Union Antique Center was a group of seven buildings. There were different shops there.

Park once and shop seven buildings full of antiques!

I browsed the second building. It had mostly furniture.

The third building had what one usually sees in antiques shops ~ glass, china, jewelry, collectibles, furniture, paintings, etc.

A fourth building had a lot of vintage costume jewelry and some accessories such as purses.

In the first three shops I visited, I thought that the prices were slightly higher than average.

In the small red building that houses Carboni Antiques, there were some nice home furnishings. The prices there were closer to average.

Overall, I rate Wells Union Antique Center at 4.0. I can recommend a stop there.

This place is loaded with a variety of items. Forgot toothpaste so dropped in quickly to grab some. Found a cute sweatshirt and a sign. Plan on returning to look for small gifts and some cat/dog toys.

NO PHOTOS OR VIDEOS! The signs are everywhere. You're under surveillance, too. Signs on turnstile-like gates help direct you on where to walk, along with arrows on the floor. This place has nearly everything imaginable. Sports team items, foods, kitchenware, apparel, you name it. Two floors crammed with items in a long building. The person at the counter was less than enthusiastic when I greeted her with a "Good morning!", but they women behind me were greeted kindly. Unpaved parking lot may not be big enough during the tourist season. You can spend a long time in here looking around. There's a lot to take in.

They appeared closed, but the doors were unlocked. Technically they were open for business, but they let me browse anyway and even offered to make me a sandwich if I wanted. Brenda and Abby were extremely kind. I saw some lemon poppyseed biscotti, which I'd never heard of before. I bought some for my wife. Brenda very thoughtfully put them in a nice gift box and put a yellow ribbon on it. R&R is located in the Wells Plaza diagonally opposite from Hannaford. In addition to chocolates and candies, they make sandwiches and drinks. Picnic tables are available for warmer temps. Parking might be scarce in the Summer. Handicap accessible.
