What travellers are saying
- outgardeningSeneca Falls, NY99 contributionsIt had been 3 years due to Covid since we visited the college but the Andrew Wyeth collection drew us back in for a visit. However, the Tsiaras Family Photography exhibit was even more incredible. Best of all, there was a concert in the gallery so we enjoyed Bach as well.Written 4 August 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - WildflowerMontgomery, MI669 contributionsThe beautiful trails are vast, so be sure you know your way back. Some trails follow Messalonskee Stream and there are nice sturdy docks to relax on.Written 8 August 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Douglas MMount Vernon, ME564 contributionsOur family (7) had an excellent time here for the Sound of Music. - Julie MWaterville, ME31 contributionsWaterville is an up and coming community, and this new addition is being welcomed with open arms. I visited during one of their “soft openings” and was very pleasantly surprised. The IPA was very smooth and was the best I’ve had in a long time. The location is in the old Hathaway shirt factory, right on the river. It was awesome to see the parking lot full again and a lot of people enjoying the great beer!Written 4 March 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Anthony F1 contributionHit or miss in finding what you want. A lot of over priced and outdated stuff their selling. A lot of times more than local department stores.Written 4 December 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - AlyWaterville, ME3 contributionsRailroad Square brought foreign and indie films to central Maine before we could stream them. The programming is great. The popcorn is way better than the chain theater stuff. I'd be lying if I said the seats were super comfy (although I hear they are moving...so maybe someday). Waterville is lucky to have the film festival in the summer. The films they show the rest of the year are worth a visit too.Written 17 July 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - jnasr58Waterville, ME11 contributionsSign of the Sun is a must shop destination when you are in the Waterville downtown area. It has a bohemian feel and the variety is enchanting. - airehead2Oakland, ME90 contributionsThis is venue that bring the arts to the community. It is supported by Colby College which commands the authority to bring the richness of regional art and artisans works to the area for exhibition and adds a refreshing respite and culture to the occasional hum drum of routine activities of a traditional New England downtown. This is a wonderful fee free venue for all of us to enjoy as it is a true gift to be in our midstWritten 14 September 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - mojitodebBrooklyn Park, MN149 contributionsI loved the enchanted herbs & teas. Lots of stones & essential oils & incense. The place is clean and they are very helpful. - 710SandyWaterville, OH46 contributionsWe shopped for nearly an hour and then paid for our purchases and went home. By the time we got home there was a message on the machine saying I had left my sunglasses behind. I went right back and found two more gnomes I couldn't live without. They pay attention to the customers likes and dislikes.Written 16 August 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Donna DWinslow, ME15 contributionsThis store has really gone down hill, they don't have any where near the selection they used to have, I used to buy a lot of Christmas presents there not so much this past holiday seasonWritten 14 February 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - jennifer bWaterville, ME17 contributionsI have gone to a total of two escape rooms, so I'm not an expert by any means, but we had a blast and managed to escape our room just under the time limit. I wasn't sure what to expect from an escape room in a small town like Waterville, but it was great fun and I would absolutely recommend trying it out!Written 28 October 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Paul M1 contributionWhat a surprise this charming little shop is! I was intrigued by the "Herbal Apothecary" component but found it to be so much more! They are a full fledged healing arts center offering yoga classes and Qigong with acupuncture and massage coming soon. The owner who was behind the counter was very friendly and engaging and extremely knowledgeable about the herbs and teas. I am anxious for the psychic readings to begin next week. I am certain to be a regular customer!Written 6 February 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
