- NatchittychatTampa, FL14 contributionsFun place to visit! The burial mounds were amazing. The museum was just okay. But the church and the rest were very cool. Good for kids!Written 28 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- RYC88Centreville, VA1,278 contributionsSo interesting to read about Linnaeus' life and his contributions to science. The little museum is informative and quaint. The garden is beautiful, so nicely laid out and all the categories clearly marked made it even more interesting. The orangery has even more information about all the science and it's a little much to read, but there are summaries for the kids that you can read and get the same info! They do have English language tours, but you need to check the web site for the times, as they are not often. A nice spot for an hour or so.Written 20 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Sebas MBuenos Aires, Argentina125 contributionsQuite a nice and large area to walk around and just enjoy it. It is very well kept and clean, and the variety of plants and flowers is quite nice - it would probably be much interesting to a botanist. The outdoor areas are free to visit, though there is a entry fee to some of the Gardens.Written 8 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - tangsaiidParis3 contributionsIt is not that big, but if you take the time to read the story of each item and have around one hour to spend, that's the place.Written 12 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - fiamma11Tysons Corner, VA4,919 contributionsThis large castle is the imposing view that one sees when in the downtown area. It is recommended to visit and definitely worthy of some photographs.Written 13 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - NTXTravelBug60Dallas, TX145 contributionsImportant to know: The Exhibition closes at 4pm (at least in October), while the Library closes at 6pm...Our mistake. We arrived at 3:55pm and RAN through the exhibit. (Many thanks to the guys working there for letting us in! We tried to be very respectful of their time.)
Both the Silver Bible and the Carta Marina were very interesting--I took photos and read the information later.
Happy to report the renovation which showed up in other reviews appears to be complete. Only wish I had another hour to spend there.Written 17 October 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Definitely worth visiting, as it is a short drive from Stockholm. The interior of the castle isn’t particularly spectacular if that’s what you’re looking for, but the grounds of the castle more than make up for it. Beautiful view of the lake as well!Written 12 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Patrik LUppsala County, Sweden214 contributionsThis is a building with a really beautiful and also there is no admission. You can also use the restrooms (there is one for disabled) for free if needed. Don't miss it if in the vicinity. Actually any place in the center of town would be considered as in the vicinity...
And when there - try out the acoustics in different places of the main hall...Written 29 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We rented a car from stockholm and made the beautiful drive out to Gårdsjö Algpark and were not disappointed. They were very welcoming and served us coffee and a waffle before going out to see the moose, it was the perfect duration considering the weather, we got to pet the moose and Leffe talked us through the animals. Cannot recommend it enough, you must go here if I’m Stockholm! Great people and great trip. We visited Uppsala on the way home which was also a great stop to get some extra sight seeing in!Written 12 December 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - NativeSwedeEnkoping, Sweden55 contributionsThe 26 (?) parks of Enköping are nationally renown, changing appearance every year. A bonus is when senior gardening students gets to present their major work in small pocket parks along the creek. And mind you, they stay untouched by visitors. Great!Written 24 August 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
