#1 of 6 Nature & Parks in Tybee Island
I love to set on the shore off the Savannah river and watch the giant cargo ships pass by on their way out to sea and the shrimp boats will park and you can always see dolphins in the water.
Anyone that is a nature lover can admire the beauty displayed here.

One got a superb view of the island with its beautiful parks, forts and the sea stretching endlessly.
So many amazing beach houses are available, and with a strong emphasis on preserving the local nature they have kept this beach simply lovely.

The parking was easy, and there was a very nice nature center right in the parking lot by the beach.
You will need to pay to park unless you are staying on the beach.

Can go onto Alley 3 off 17th to park then walk down to watch the sunset BUT stay at least 30 minutes after sunset for the "HUES"....color amazing across the sky after sunset.
As with all places in Tybee, you must pay to park.
