- C-ATurin, Italy70 contributionsMy sister and I popped in on the off chance and spent a wonderful couple of hours looking through her artwork and trying to decide what to buy.
Her gallery is also her home and there are pieces everywhere, including in the garden and it really was a delight to spend time there. Gilly was incredibly patient and there was no rush or pressure to decide. She also gave us a great recommendation for lunch at a nearby restaurant, The Garden Grill- one of the best places we ate at while we were there.
Many thanks to Gilly, the paintings got safely back to Italy and are a happy reminder of our visit.Written 15 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We requested an itinerary to vosit specific points of interest. Everyone understands that this itineray nedds 6-7 hours . The lady called Darilyn arranged coach for 4 hours and insisted that was ok . When the driver came informed us the programmit cannot be done in so short time . We paid an extra 200 USD to keep the bus to see the places we had pai to see. The man at the airport instead of waiting us upon arrival , was speaking and joking with his coleaugues across the steet of the terminal building . WE found him! He even asked for a tip!Written 8 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Adam, owner of Kitesurf Antigua, graciously let me borrow one of his school’s, as I had no money on me to rent it. He even offered to help me launch my dinghy after my session. What a guy! Shout out to him and Kitesurf Antigua. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to learn kitesurfing in Antigua.Written 11 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Harriet M9 contributionsI had a private 4 hour wingfoil intro lesson. I had lots of previous dinghy sailing and some windsurfing experience but had never foiled. I had an absolute blast. These guys have it nailed when they say learn to wakefoil first. I didn’t manage to progress to using the wing in the first lesson but was amazed to be able to stay in control on the foil behind the RIB in such a short time. If we had stayed in Antigua little longer, I would definitely have gone back to introduce the wing. If not getting your hands on a wing in your first lesson puts you off – re-evaluate your expectations and trust the process. These guys will have you up and going in no time and the gear they use was in great condition.Written 11 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Lisa HDrayton, UK20 contributionsThe boat went a bit too fast and gave us all a good soaking. We couldn’t hear what the man was saying over the loud speakers. The food was good but the guy was a bit mean with it. Always ready with a drink though. We were back by 3 and I felt that we could have had another hour and visited the Devils Bridge it another island. The Adventure Antigua we took last year was fabulous and much better than this one.Written 24 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
