- Daydream74467432 contributionsBooked this for a family trip. I think you can book the book just for yourselves - we certainly had the boat to ourselves. The trip is about 90 minutes or so - you leave the dock and go a couple of yards offshore for photo opts and then potter around the canals looking at houses etc. The captain provides some commentary on the boat itself and it is great to consider that this is the boat on the film (actually a second boat was also used). There isn't a lot of shade on the boat. A nice way to spend a morning.Written 7 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Kayla GrayOrem, UT25 contributionsMy husband is a bird fanatic and really enjoyed looking at these birds in the sanctuary. The pathways were intuitive and easy to follow and we saw many different types of birds we don’t see at home. This is a self-guided tour and has an ocean view spot. We were attacked by mosquitos, and both left with several large bites. Bug spray would be my biggest recommendation.Written 14 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- TravelingOYEsterPalm Beach, FL406 contributionsWe had an amazing experience with Misty. From booking to the actual day - we were extremely impressed. They were very flexible as one kid wanted to the swim with the dolphins (which was amazing) while the other kid has some disabilities - we were unsure if they would want to participate. They allowed us to sign up for the dolphin meet and greet but gave us the option to upgrade if the kiddo showed interest in the swim. It was kind of them to offer this option. Both kids had unique and amazing experiences. It was quiet and not overwhelming whatsoever. Would 100% recommend (especially for kids with ASD).Written 24 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Bonnie TLeesburg, FL66 contributionsI saw the statue. Was hard to get down far enough to it. But did get some cool pictures with my go pro. Saw a reef shark, a large tarpon, lots of fish and lots of jellyfish. The captain and Ashlyn on our boat were awesome! Ashlyn was the coolest first mate. Would recommend the snorkel tour through the Silent World dive centerWritten 24 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Madison J2 contributionsI went snorkeling with my family, and it was decent, but I found that the reef being 20+ feet below the surface made seeing anything up close difficult. I’m sure this would be a fabulous site for divers, since they can go deep and see everything up close, but as for snorkeling, I was a tiny bit disappointed. Besides that, we were able to see a turtle at the surface and some fish which was great!Written 3 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Bill F2 contributionsThe Spiegel Grove is by far my favorite deep wreck in Key Largo. I dive her as often as I can and charter with Horizon Divers as they cater to all levels of divers. The Spiegel is absolutely huge and covered in beautiful coral and often visited by all types of marine animals. You can enjoy a recreational dive staying outside of the ship or adventure into some of the well lit swim throughs. Just an amazing experience and something new to see on every dive.Written 17 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Brenda N24 contributionsSuch a friendly lady working here! She got a map of the keys for us and highlighted the spots that would interest us. Gave us many coupons too! Definitely a good spot to stop when you first hit town!Written 25 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Richard N40 contributionsBenwood is a wreck - not an intentionally submerged ship. The site is full of structures and great sea life, with shoals of fish, spotted morays and the occassional juvenile goliath grouper. Benwood rests in 45 feet of water with the blasted bow rising 20 feet from the seabed. It's a near perfect dive for the newly certified and more experienced divers will have plenty to see. The site is also part of Florida's shipwreck trail.Written 25 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Andy KSherwood, AR26 contributionsThis was a surprisingly good part of our trip. I was somewhat interested in going to see what Keys Mead was about but it was a very fascinating experience.
Our host Katie was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Mead , the making of honey wine and the process of the bees making honey collected from all the wonderful flowers in the Florida Keys.
We chose to do a sampler tasting and tried 10 different meads including a couple of honey spirits 🥃.
Lots of distinctly different tastes and aromas.
Thank you for the great experience. Will definitely recommend to friends visiting the Keys 😀.Written 23 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - donnayoavמזכרת בתיה, ישראל6 contributionsI booked a 90 minute couples massage at lagoon spa today and I don't even know where to begin! WOW WOW WOW is what I feel! Linda and Michelle were so amazing I wish I could take them home with me!! My husband is not to much into massages but he was so happy with Linda and I with Michelle that we both wanted to hug them after our massage was done! I am definitely coming again and sending all my friends over to their loving, professional hands! Their prices are good the spa is clean and decorated with good taste and great atmosphere!!! - MelodyEast Liverpool, OH186 contributionsGreat place to drink and watch the sunset. There's a beach out back with a wonderful view. No food but there was a taco truck next to the building. We wanted dinner so we decided not to stay. I hope we have the opportunity to visit again.Written 22 February 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Larry WPanama City, FL37 contributionsWe were in search of Stone crab clause and willing to pay an exorbitant fee, but found the Mark bar instead. Great little location right on the water nothing fancy great stone crab five bucks a claw! Had a little conch, fritter to accompany them
