I have seen him go as far as the ocean and turn around but you have to have longer than an hour to do that trip. - Heather F3 contributionsThis is my second time diving with Rainbow Reef and my second time getting a certification for Padi. Bridget did our AOW and was AMAZING! This was our first time going deep and she could tell I had some reservations about it. She helped educate me and make sure that I was prepared for doing it. Now diving deep is my Favorite! Captain Dan and Captain Rae are outstanding! They made the safety briefings entertaining so that you actually pay attention to them. They would notify us if they saw something like dolphins or turtles while coming or going to the dive sites. 5 stars highly recommend those captains! Our guides, when not with Bridget for our AOW were Leo, Payton, and Becca. All did an amazing job and if they saw something cool would try to point it out to us. First Mates Chris, Jeff, and I think his name was Hank were all able to make sure we were prepared, our gear was changed properly, and help us get to the platform to dive. I love diving with Rainbow Reef and am grateful for their knowledge and help. - Captain Bill S1 contributionWe are used to dealing with vendors and shops in "the keys" and typically have low expectations. But, we were blown away with the customer service shown by the owner of Tiki Water Sport - Chip. I knew the outboard I wanted and emailed several distributors in The Keys. Chip was the only one that answered me and it was the same day! His price was lower than I was able to find anywhere on the Internet so we made an appointment for us to pick-up and purchase the new outboard.
When we showed up, he had the motor running in their tank and showed us how to operate and service the motor including break-in. When we were checking out, I asked to purchase the oil and oil filter for the first oil change that was due after 10 hours of running. He quickly offered to "throw them in" as a gift for buying the new motor.

We went on some beautiful rides across Key Largo, Marathon, and Key West. I also got a flat on my 29 inch wheels, I brought my own bike, and was relieved when my tour guide had a tube my size and changed it quickly for me. She guided us through some amazing mangroves where we saw jellyfish, crabs and birds. We even got to take a dip in the cool water. - Kara D1 contributionI did quite a bit of research to find this company and I'm so glad we went with them! Definitely a nice boat with plenty of space! Had a banging sound system and plenty of shade from the awning. The main thing I appreciated was they had a navigation system setup that had each cool place around the keys bookmarked (sand bars, telephone tower, mangroves, etc.) and you just needed to follow the instructions! It was my bf's first time driving a bigger boat in the ocean and the navigation device made it a breeze. Definitely WAY better than paying $120.00 per person to go on some tour with strangers that only takes you to one specific place for the tour. We rented the boat for 8 hours and saw it all! To top it off, it was really affordable. I mean, $625.00 for deck boat for 12 people for 8 hours? Can't beat that! Also have to point out how awesome Tom was! We were running late for our reservation and he kindly waited for us to get there even though he had a really long morning! That was so appreciated! He also made sure to take his time explaining the functions of the boat and made sure no one had any questions before letting us take off! Customer service = 10/10. Overall, great experience. - Nicole W2 contributionsMy husband and I did a 2 hour jet ski tour with Keys Adventures Watersports. The price was comparable to other places, and the staff was awesome. Our guide was Dylan, and he was great. He made sure that the tour was tailored to exactly what we wanted. We went through mangrove trails, played in the ocean, and toured Key Largo from the water. - BrianEMurphyMiami4 contributionsHave done a lot of things, but renting a boat hasn't been one. I filled out the reservation online, and yes per the other review, I didn't receive a confirmation. We live fairly close, and wanted to go for a drive, so I wasn't worried about it falling through. I spoke to the owner afterwards, and he did say call next time. Easy enough. Showed up, was shown the boats available, asked questions, and received plenty of knowledge in return.
It's not the fanciest, and more of a local hangout I have been to their business neighbor, Florida Bay Outfitters many times, so I was familiar. If you want a valet, white-gloved service, this isn't for you. I'm not the most trusting individual, but we didn't have a single problem, or complaint. I opted for the 26' fishing boat, and we had a great time. There were no surprises.

Larry and Jordan were so extremely kind and accommodating from the time we made the reservation to the time we returned the boat. They both went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible experience on the water. They provided snorkel equipment for us as well as fishing supplies and bait. They went over the entire boat with us ahead of time and made sure we were 100% comfortable before departing. They were honest about all costs up front and there were no hidden fees upon payment. They had many hot spots already coordinated in the GPS which made navigating a breeze.
