Arriving at our hotel with the bikes at 1:20 for our afternoon rental, Nate was friendly, knowledgeable, and an excellent teacher of the e-bike and area trails. The convenience was great, staying in touch easily via text and phone. At only 5 foot tall, the bike was a bit too big for my partner, although I found it easily adjustable to my 6 foot frame. The bike accelerated easily with the power assist from a stop, and cruised at a fun pace while pedalling comfortably. I had to watch the Energy Bar, though, as it was halfway done after about 1.25 hours. We turned around and made it home, just about empty. Couldn’t handle much more anyway, which in no way was the bike’s fault. Really enjoyed the power of the bike, but was a bit disappointed in its longevity. Really happy with the company that rents them, though!
