It's a truly beautiful beach, and we were here on a sunny, balmy day, so we were lucky. But we did not have a lot of time to enjoy it so maybe next time. Lots of people on the beach and in the water.

We parked and then walked up and down the boulevard. It was only $3 for parking, but you need their app. We stopped and had some drinks along the way. I thought the boulevard would have been longer.

What a surprise. I didn't expect to spend so much time on property but it had so many different features including antiques, art, family history, lush landscaping, water features. Also a connection to Beverly, MA. family spent winters in Florida when you could just walk to beach and summers in New England. Artwork in property by owners was very nice and lots of personal information about their lives. Last own passed away at 109. Great stop to spend an afternoon. Gardens are gorgeous. Great venue for wedding and very private. You wouldn't know you were near highway and downtown Ft. Lauderdale.

Did expected to be so busy in “winter” time. Very clean, orderly, I wish to see some law enforcement presence, still we felt safe. Beautiful blue ocean and sky.

My wife and I arrived around 10:30am. This during our walking along the Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale. We were greeted right away by the lady working the front desk. She gave us some info about the museum and grounds. We took advantage of the senior discount to save a couple of dollars. She started us off with a short history film about the building, and the history of Fort Lauderdale. There was a lot of great information in that short film. We then toured the 2 story house. Not too much time is needed to go through the 2 floors, but we did find it very interesting. We then walked around the rest of the grounds. We were unable to sign up for a later guided tour of the grounds, but I think that would have been fun.. we had a wonderful visit.

An amazing park in the middle of busy Fort Lauderdale. It was easy to be away from the crowds and catered f9r campers, walkers, drivers, families out on a picnic or hustcsitting in the peace. We had a free guided buggy tour with an extremely interesting guide who took us around tye while site, recommended z good walk to get the feel of things and then took us back to where we wanted. Beautiful place.

This is a scenic and calm area to walk around or take photos. It is also nice for enjoying meals, the bar scene, and just spending time with loved ones.

We spent an afternoon at the museum and went primarily because it would be entertaining for our two children. They very much enjoyed learning about fish, coral, and the ecosystems around Florida. The hurricane exhibit was interesting and informative for both kids and adults.

What really stuck out for us all the Scooby-Doo exhibit. Having watched this cartoon as a kid myself I loved seeing the displays and trying to follow the clues. The kids go into the more interactive parts of the display.

The flight exhibit was also a hit. The kids liked trying the simulators and I enjoyed the history side of various aircraft.

The visit to the museum was a hit. My only complaint is that I wish they had lockers so we could have left some items rather than carry them the whole afternoon.

This very long waterway separates the barrier islands and built-up coastal developments from the main part of the state. It often appears like a canal and provides its own water views. A heaven for those with pleasure boats.

I have lived in Broward County for 50.5 years and never took the time to visit Stranahan House. Do not make the same mistake! It is a foundational piece of the history of our county. It is also a beautiful building ! The employee and volunteers we encountered on our visit were super nice and informational. We visited right after Christmas, so the house was still decorated for Christmas. The audio tour was informational about the house, history of the area and the founding family. The location right in the New River is beautiful, so take the time to sit on the upstairs porch and enjoy the view. Don’t delay your visit, whether South Florida resident or visitor!

Our friend was showing us all of the beach choices, and we were happy that this one is indeed a park. Lots of sand, lots of opportunity to splash in the surf, and we saw a lot of happy people taking advantage of the sun and fun.

We have been here many times for performances and for the South Florida Symphony Orchestra gala. They have great organizational skills and hospitality, we haven't had any issues and the food served at the gala was delicious!

Port Everglades has many terminals for the cruise ships. It gets very business so if you do take a cruise out of here, you need to pay attention and keep an eye out as to the terminal number and cruise line you're going on. Terminal 26 is predominantly used by Holland America Line.

The indoor seating area for Terminal 26 is great. It's newer, kept up and is easy to access. Plenty of seating and cruise boarding is easy to do.
The port waters were engineered just right so that many ships could be docked at the same time. it was fun watching the ships leave thru the huge wake area.

A great place for lots of shopping. Plenty of up market places. Lots of Parking with valet. Easy taxi ride from Ft L. Eating area disappointing with only 3 places to choose from. There is though an excellent Chinese restaurant by the main entrance. P F Changs.
