The water ride is extremely fun, no matter where you sit, you’ll get wet. If you do the VIP they give you ponchos for it.

It only has the one big drop kind of like a log chute ride. It’s a must if you are at the park.

This ride is definitely for older kids. It is one of the few rides that goes backwards, to get back to your starting point. It is intense, read the warning/advisory board before riding. It is very fast & is completely dark. It is also extremely fun. Part of our group went on to ride again right away. If you are going to get a ride photo this is a good one for that.

Very thrill seeking ride without being a roller coaster. You will be tilted in all sorts of directions & quickly. There are advice/warnings at each ride, take them seriously. Especially the motion sickness advice. Our tour guide described each ride in detail, that way anyone could skip if they liked. This is not a ride for smaller children. Many of the rides at Universal are for a bit older kids at the Hollywood location, that’s my opinion.

The dementors in this ride are creepy. Along with the special effects. Take a “soaring” ride jumped up on 10x caffeine. You will be shaken & jerked around.

All that being said, there is a reason people wait in line an hour to ride it. It’s awesome!

This ride needs a little revamping. I was super stoked for this ride!! However, it was very jerky and the graphics are not as up to date as Universal's other rides. Those two factors combined made for an unpleasant, sickening experience. I have never felt as though I was going to throw up on a ride before in my life, but this ride changed that. I was staggering as I got up afterwards and stuggled to maintain my balance for a while, I was that motion-sick.
All this being said, the storyline is fun and funny, but the ride needs a little love.

I have loved the Despicable Me franchise since the beginning, so OF COURSE I had to try the ride! It was entertaining and fun. Not much re-ride value as far as I'm concerned, but maybe little ones will disagree with that.

This is such a cool part of the studio tour! I took the tour twice and saw different things both times! Because it's a 360° experience you have to look around to see everything! Stuff comes at you from all sides! Sometimes King Kong hits your cart on the left, sometimes giant spiders come after you on the right. Keep your head on a swivel!

Having just been at Disney the day before being at USH, this ride was funny in that it is a silly bug version of the Dumbo ride. My 7 year old still ate it up and enjoyed controlling how high the bug went up and down. Line was pretty short, but we were there on a rainy day.

Many of the Universal rides use 3D or 4D screens to create the experience. What some do not know about this ride, is you actually travel in an elevator at one point. Not as intense as the HP ride, but you will still get jerked around. This ride is a little order compared to some, but still extremely fun.
