My husband and I had a wonderful 10 day tour of Bhutan! Our guide, Namgay, was extremely knowledgeable about all the places we visited and was willing to answer any question large or small. Our driver, Lobzang, was also excellent, navigating the winding roads with ease and making it a very comfortable journey. We were even there over our 5 year wedding anniversary and they surprised us by getting a cake to celebrate!! That was very special and made our hearts swell. We loved eating all the local food, especially ema datshi (chili cheese—the national dish). Namgay even showed us how to make one of the kinds of chili paste (we will try this when we get home). Would highly recommend the Bumdra 1 night trek, it is no joke but a beautiful hike and camp site with a much easier trek down to visit the Tiger’s Nest Monastery. Overall, the trip of a lifetime!

I had the best time in Bhutan with Breakfree Adventures. I booked a short 2-night tour a few months ago and I was very happy with all the arrangements they made for me. The communication before the tour start date, during the tour, and even after the tour was perfect. They are very helpful, reliable, and always on time for everything. I booked a tour with a 3-star hotel option and it was clean and comfortable. The guide and driver were very friendly and informative. Everything was perfect. If you are looking for a Bhutan tour, there's no need to search further. Just go with Breakfree Adventures! They are the best.

We couldn’t have chosen a better company to be our hosts in Buthan. Since our first contact with Mr Shiva, until our last day trip with Guide Ram and Senior Ram, we felt very welcomed and were pleased with their hospitality. Everything went as agreed and they were very flexible.

Moreover, we could visit the most important places and also some less crowded ones, which made the difference for us. We heard about the history, culture, customs, habits and other aspects of Buthanese people, as well as tried their amazing foods.

We’d like to thank Mr Shiva, guide Ram and senior Ram for these days together. We strongly recommend the company. Best regards. Brenner and Vanessa

A great local tour company that arranged a bespoke tour for me for 5 days / 4 nights to see Paro, Thimpu and Punakha. Everything was seamless and so easy to communicate ahead of the travel. I cannot recommend enough to visit this beautiful and peaceful country. A huge thank you to my guide Lhab Tshering (LP) for being so kind showing me his country and so generous sharing stories about his life. He knows so much about Bhutan, its history and nature. You’d be very lucky to get him as your guide!

I am 100% satisfied with my experiences with Raven Tours and Treks for a 10 day tour of beautiful Bhutan. From the initial email to Deepak I felt that I was taken care of in terms of listening to my expectations and preferences and then fulfilling a trip of a lifetime. Deepak kept in contact throughout the process and I enjoyed our conversations and interactions. His suggestions of attending the Paro Festival was a highlight, of flying to Bumthang in Central Bhutan and then driving back was appreciated. The diversity of experiences from temples, to a farmhouse stay, to visiting a monastery and planting a tree and ending the trip with a trek up to the beautiful Tiger's Nest Monastery followed by a hot stone bath was extraordinary. It was a beautiful journey that moved me both spiritually and emotionally.

Bhutan is a beautiful amazing country. I was enriched by the preservation of its culture, spirituality and their land. As a solo female traveler I had requested a female guide and could not have been happier with Kuenza who was not only a wealth of knowledge but also made me feel like I was traveling with a friend. Kuenza took the time to learn what I was looking for and was very flexible in suggesting or changing the itinerary to suit my needs. Sangay was my excellent, safe driver and between him and Kuenza I enjoyed our conversations on all aspects of Bhutanese life and both of them made the best traveling companions. I was thankful for the group WhatsApp chat that I had throughout the trip with Deepak and Kuenza to answer any of my questions at any time.

I initially had contacted 10 Bhutan travel companies and chose Raven Tours and Treks for their prompt replies, good listening skills, honesty and integrity to tailor a trip that went above and beyond my expectations.

I highly recommend Raven Tours and Treks and will forever have gratitude that I chose Deepak and had the honour of spending my time in Bhutan with Kuenza and Sangay.

We have had an amazing experience with Your Trip Planner having Sanju who planned a great itinery for 6N/7 days..

Before finalising on our trip with this tour, i did extensive research over the packages provided by other tour operators and no doubt this seemed to be the most cost effective one with the best services.

Our trip was hassle free and everything was at its best. Be it the guide we got, who was extremely kind and helpful or the driver who drove us with utmost care around Bhutan with his Hiace vehicle ( though we were just 4 of us and that was a very huge and spacious vehicle) such that we did not feel any bit of tiredness even after we landed back to Bangalore after a week of trip.
The hotels that we got to stay at were conformable and way beyond what we expected. Also we were happy with the food provided by them.

Overall, i highly recommend anyone planning for a trip to Bhutan to try the services provided by Sanju.. thanks alot Sanju!😊

Our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) travelled to Bhutan in April 2024. Bhutan Travel Club arranged our visas, recommended hotels, and put together an 8 day itinerary which included something for everyone - culture and outdoor adventure. The itinerary included hikes (with varying degree of difficulty), white water rafting, delicious Bhutanese meals and picnics, markets and handicraft, archery, and museums. This was our first time travelling with a guide full-time, however we found the experience to be highly flexible and intuitive - the itinerary could be tweaked day-by-day to suit our interests and fitness levels. Our guide and driver were professional, informative, engaged the kids wonderfully, took great care of everyone and ensured our comfort was their first priority. Nothing was too much trouble. Bhutan Travel Club also arranged mountain biking for some of our group, an awesome experience that no one else offers including for advanced riders. Our time in Bhutan was fascinating, an authentic experience which we will all cherish. If we have the opportunity to return, we would not hesitate to re-book with Bhutan Travel Club.

This is a must trip for Bhutan. Seeing the famous Temple that the Enlighten Rim Pu Che, the Buddhist Master builded. This is the most important Temple in this country. You can group half way by horses and down on foot or waled all the way up and down. The small, narrow and winding road up the mountain was spectacular enough by it self. Seeing the temple build on a steep mountain side was so amazing. Many Buddhist make pilgrimage by walking up and down all the way even when they were very old.

Wonderful experience with this agency. Very responsive and knowledgeable and professional. They were flexible to our requirements and specific needs of our family. Our guide was Tandin and our driver was Jigme. They were both really nice and friendly and well spoken. Tandin was amazing with my son on the hike up to Tigers Nest. We spent a whole week together and everything went smoothly. Bhutan is a beautiful place and the people are lovely. Highly recommend!

My trip to Bhutan with Bhutan Best Inbound was the vacation I needed. Bhutan is beautiful, and is also a fount of culture and religion. The way the country is set up and the way both the king and the government looks after its people is truly inspiring. Buddhism is such a bit part of the country, and it was amazing to delve into it so wholly and deeply; I've learnt so much. This was the first tour I had ever taken part in, and if you're hesitating because of the tour aspect or the cost, it's definitely worth it.

Communicating with Deki about my tour was smooth and made for very easy logistics. She was able to adjust my tour to suit my travel plans and she was both very responsive and very accommodating to my questions and needs. Headache free planning. Deki will walk you through all the paperwork and the visa process, and once that's done, you just need to show up.

Upon my arrival, I was met by my tour guide Namgay Wangchuk, and my driver Lobzang. Both Namgay and Lobzang were professional, respectful, but also very human. Spending 6-7 days with them was easy and relaxing, and they made every moment comfortable.

Namgay, my tour guide, was very knowledgable and friendly. He was able to answer all my questions on the country, on the history, the culture, and the religion. We talked everything big and small. As well, Namgay was very attuned to my needs, adjusting the schedule and planning breaks as needed. He also went out of his way to try to schedule specific events for me throughout the trip: meeting the reincarnated master at the monastery, seeing the National animal, trying on traditional wear, etc.

Lobzang, my driver, was very professional and safe. He was easy to interact with, and very helpful. He drove the mountain roads smoothly and safely, and took the rare gravel roads like a champ. I was impressed, and glad to be in such skilled hands. We spent many hours on the road together, and both Namgay and Lobzang made great companions and guides; carpool karaoke has never been so fun. I couldn't recommend a greater team to guide your travels. I've never felt more cared for and supported.

This was a fantastic trip, and I wholly recommend it if you're considering it. It is spiritually refreshing and emotionally relaxing.

I had an amazing week in Bhutan and I cannot recommend a tour with Bhutan Acorn highly enough! My tour in Bhutan was incredible: seeing the unique landscapes in person, learning about Buddhism at the many temples and monasteries we visited, and most of all, the dedication and attentiveness of both my guide, Kezang, and driver, Tashi, throughout the whole tour.

From the get-go, I had a very positive experience interacting with Bhutan Acorn online. When I first enquired about a tour towards the end of 2023, I was told that the government had reduced the Sustainable Development Fee, which I had not known; Bhutan Acorn were transparent and ensured I would not have to pay any more than needed. Furthermore, as I made the booking through their website, I paid for the tour through a bank transfer, and I ended up accidentally paying slightly over the price of the tour. Bhutan Acorn notified me of the overpayment and after my arrival in the country, promptly repaid me.

I was very lucky to have Kezang, to guide me, and Tashi, to transport us, around Bhutan. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and accounted for throughout the whole week. Kezang and Tashi were very patient with answering my questions and took many photos of me. Kezang also communicated what we were doing very clearly each day and I literally and figuratively was able to take a back seat. Both Kezang and Tashi really went beyond ensuring that I was more than comfortable, from accommodating to my preferences for our itinerary, and offering to carry my belongings for me.

The trip was full of unforgettable highlights. The homestay with Aum Leki in Punakha was very special to experience the way of living of a Bhutanese person. After our hike in Phobjikha Valley, as we had extra time, Kezang took me to the Black Neck Crane Information Centre, which was not part of the itinerary. From there, I was lucky enough to see the last three cranes that had not yet flown back to Tibet for the year! I attended the Annual Paro Tshechu Festival wearing a kira and saw traditional dances. And of course, the hike to Tiger’s Nest was very rewarding. While I was initially concerned that the itinerary would be packed, it definitely did not feel that way for me in reality; I always had time to unwind and did not feel too tired at the end of each day.

To all travellers thinking of going to Bhutan: it truly is a unique country that is definitely worth visiting! I miss Bhutan and will settle with telling everyone at every opportunity I can to travel there, especially with Bhutan Acorn. Thank you for a wonderful trip and for these amazing memories that will last a lifetime.

I made a last minute decision to visit Bhutan and contacted OMSHA Travel right after I got my visa approved. There were barely three days till my planned arrival in Paro, yet Nawang was able to finalise my itinerary, accommodations, guide, and driver within a day! His assistance and efficiency is greatly appreciated, as it allowed me to relax and thoroughly enjoy every aspect of my visit with nary a detail to plan.

The accommodations he selected came with amazing views too, which also happens to be one of the features I look for when choosing a place to stay. Although Nawang was not my guide for my trip, he still made sure to check in on me every day to ensure I was enjoying myself; and even arranged a meet up to pass me a gift from Bhutan personally.

The driver, Chorten, and guide, Sonam, whom Nawang arranged to accompany me on my trip were the perfect combination for me. Chorten was a man of few words but his presence was calming and his driving impeccable. I always felt safe in his car and he was always there waiting when I returned from exploring an attraction with Sonam.

On the other hand, Sonam shared extensively about himself, his culture and country, and was ready to field any queries I had. I was even invited to join his family for dinner on the first day of Losar and I feel extremely privileged and thankful to have been given the opportunity to experience the peacefulness and warm hospitality at his home.

Furthermore, both Sonam and Chorten were completely flexible with the itinerary, had I wish to make any changes. They also quickly learned my travel style and inclinations and even offered to make a second stop at Dochula Pass whilst we were returning to Thimphu from Punakha, since they noticed I really liked the views there the day before.

It was an absolute joy having both their company from the long drives to the short hike to Khamsum Yulley Namgyel Chorten, and also not forgetting the final hike up to Paro Taktsang!

By the end of my trip, I felt like I was saying goodbye to two friends and not a tour guide and driver. For future visits to Bhutan, I would love to have them again as my travel partners! I am so glad I engaged the services of OMSHA Travel and highly recommend them to anyone planning to visit Bhutan!
