- Anthony BDallas, TX22 contributionsVisited Sazova park as part of a weekend trip to Eskisehir in August. Excellent place with a lot to see. Castles (Smaller than Disney) but on a fairy tale theme. Spanish galleons and a lot of scientific exhibits etc. Great Zoo also and a great place to spend the day for families. Eskisehir is a little like San Antonio with a river walk area and a lot of restaurants and bars along the banks. River boat rides and gondolas for those interested. A lot of museums in the city if you have time. Well worth a trip. High speed train from Ankara in around 1 Hour.Written 27 October 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- ozgurumBursa, Turkey1 contributionThere is no similar park in Turkey, artificial beach makes it unique, and the park is perfectly blended with the city, I believe only problem is parking lots, there is no direct access to park from parking lots.Written 21 September 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- AnnBlackseaSamsun, Turkey95 contributionsBeautifully restored brightly colored Ottoman houses in the old town. The houses have been converted into quaint shops, coffee shops, galleries and restaurants. It is lovely to walk around this quarter, admiring the statues, wall art as well of course , the architecture.Written 24 October 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- Getaway140351212404 contributionsInside the Center there are rooms with wax model of some scientist who contributed to the development of Turkey as a country even though the Center seems to show the strong links between Turkey and some former Soviet States as there are country profile of these countries inside the center. The flags of these countries are also hoisted outside the Center and the Center belong to one of the two Universities of Eskisehir. There is also some small books that a visitor can pick one which explains the center for visitors like myself from another country.Written 22 December 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- ESMAIstanbulKazandere, Turkey292 contributionsİsmet İnönü who is the hero of liberation war has used this house to stay and to lead the army. Life size waxes of him and his comrades are exhibited in the study room. You may watch the videos and take a photo together with ATATÜRK in front of National Assembly.Written 2 April 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Juergen_H4Berlin, Deutschland35 contributionsTo fully enjoy the whole site, plan for at least three hours for your visit. Good hiking shoes are recommended, if you want to take a complete round trip. Apart from the few higlights which are cleary marked by the signboards, there are several smaller details to be discovered. These are not described in your regular guidebook (we took detailed guidance from Ben in Midas Han beforehand). For the round trip follow the trail to the left from the main entrance area. Then move up to the top of the fortress via the procession road and follow the path to the right around the whole rim of the fortress. Instead of descending via the long stair case, descend to the cisterns via the short stairs and trails in the back. Do not miss out climbing into the cisterns. Between cistern 1 and cistern 2 there is even a small passage way. At the end of your visit you can enjoy great home-made food at the small restaurant at the lower bus parking area.Written 20 September 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Sanem G16 contributionsOn every zoo, I have been to- including San Diego Zoo and many other famous ones- I`ve always had a critical eye about the well being of resident animals. I did the same here and happily found out that they are well taken care of, happy to interact with each other and with humans on rare occasions. The entrance fee is unbelievably cheap for such a well kept and variety zoo.
Many thanks to Eskisehir Municipality!Written 22 November 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - buzzy7Maltepe, Turkey104 contributionsI went with low expectations but really enjoyed this place. - Tayfun UIstanbul, Turkey6 contributionsM.S.Ö. Air & Space Museum is one of the few flying museums in the world where one can see 1940 DC-3 "Turkish Delight" getting pulled out of the hangar while world famous Mustang P-51D "Ferocious Frankie" is flying over your head!
The aircrafts are at arm's length distance and seeing so many airworthy vintage aircrafts is a blessing.Written 9 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Orhan DirtsaverIstanbul, Turkey162 contributionsBetween Sazova park and the city. You have to stop here for about 10 minutes to show respect to one of the most brilliant democratic minds of Turkey killed by "unknown" blood thirsty creatures... His car is there to understand the power of blast.Written 9 May 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
