If I could give this a zero, I would. You see, we didn't get to go on this excursion. I received email confirmation from the local company the day before, complete with number and bar code, and we were very excited to go. Pick-up time was set for 0830, and we were there. 0845, no driver, no shuttle. I messaged the driver and got no reply. 0900, no driver, no shuttle. I called the local company and gave them my confirmation number. I was told that we were not on the list to be picked up. With that being said, Viator was very good about it and did refund my money. However, because of this snafu, next year I will be booking through the excursion company on the resort we always stay at.
