Pick up was prompt, Vanessa has been informative and leave clear instruction when to meet, the train ride is pleasant and it started to snow half way, which adds another level to the view

    The tour was excellent throughout.

We did not opt for the operator to pick us up from our hotel as we were staying just a few minutes away. We reached the booth easily and immediately found our group.

The boat is easily accessible and the indoor seating are is comfortable and warm. Most importantly, it offers great views from its large windows. Inside, we really enjoyed the explanations in English given by the tour leader. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The captain and crew were also very nice!

Just a few minutes after departure we were able to go outside and enjoy the vies of Ushuaia. The sailing was very smooth and we reached past the tiny island with the iconic lighthouse, where the captain allowed enough time for everyone to take in the view and take some pictures. We were also very lucky to see not only sea lions but also a sea elephant! Again, enough time was given for everyone to enjoy the view of these beautiful creatures and take photos. Everyone welcomed the warm drink (coffee, tea or hot chocolate ) that awaited us inside.

We then stopped on Bridges Island and followed a very easy path up to a viewpoint, stopping to see some interesting flora along the way. While the short trek is partly uphill, I stress that it is very easy and manageable. In fact, the path is no steep at any point and the pace is slow, which was ideal for me. Good waterproof shoes are ideal, I was glad to be wearing some due to the mud.

The journey back to Ushuaia port was smooth and, once again, you get great views of the city, its port and its surrounding mountains as you approach.

The fact that the boat is small in relation to others available made it very easy for everyone to enjoy the views and to take their time with photos. The friendliness of the tour guide, the captain and the crew made it even better.

    Highly recommended!

This was a great trip cruising the. Beagle Canal. Lots of wildlife viewing including sea lions, cormorant bird colonies and of course, penguins. Note that this tour doesn’t include walking with the penguins but you’re close enough for some good photos.

I downgraded the trip by one star as it was advertised to have no more than 35 passengers onboard. We specifically asked for this tour because of a smaller size. This vessel had at least 75-100. We requested a refund of half the price paid but we’re denied. Oh well, live and learn.

You’ll still have a great trip with some amazing views of the scenery as well as the animals.

One of the most memorable experiences of our trip to Argentina. We walked so close to the pinguins. The tour guides were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional and they had the safety of the birds as top priority, ensuring we all followed the rules.

Used Latitud for several tours while in Ushuaia and was super happy! They handled everything so smoothly. Owner even got involved to make sure my time there was memorable. Really above and beyond normal service. Thank you so much for everything! Highly recommended.

This excursion was a lot of bang for the buck. Duration was 9 hours. Our guide was a pleasant fellow born and raised in Ushuaia and his English skills were good. There were five of us, myself and four others from Buenos Aires. I don't speak much Spanish and they didn't speak much English but we had fun trying to converse. Of course, the guide translated a lot. The trip started with a hotel pickup and a couple of stops for photo ops north of Ushuaia. Then we began the off road part. We descended down dirt switchbacks to Hidden Lake and visited a creepy derelict hotel that was abandoned about 30 years ago. As we made our way around the lake we stopped two more times for photo ops. Then we visited a coffee shop to relax and enjoy the placid environment. The second part of the off road was to Lake Fagnano. We went to a rustic setting where lunch was prepared for us. It was very good and I have to say that meal would have cost at least $75 USD in Ushuaia. A vegetarian option was also available. Wine, coke, and water were the drinks of choice. We stayed there a while, enjoyed the Lakeside solitude and then departed for Ushuaia. We stopped one more time at a nature preserve to watch beavers actively building the largest beaver dam I've ever seen. There was a lot of wildlife throughout the trip. We saw Patagonia foxes and parello birds up close, and the beavers. This excursion was at a very relaxed pace. There was a schedule to keep, of course, but nothing was rushed. I would highly recommend this trip to see some of the beauty Tierra Del Fruego has to offer.

Our tour guide Patricia was extremely knowledgeable. She took our group to all of the key sights and showed us best places to capture great photos. She really made the tour. Good information on meeting location provided beforehand.

This is a great tour and well worth it but also worth clarifying what the trip entails.

You will not actually stop and visit Williams Port and Port Almanza. You will cruise by them. It did not affect the experience but is worth mentioning. As well, when you reach Estancia Harberton the boat will leave you there and you will be bussed back to Ushuaia. This is mentioned but is a bit confusing if you speak to other passengers during the trip who are skipping the Estancia portion and returning by boat.

They also do not mention that Estancia Harberton's "Museum" is actually a functioning marine biology lab where marine mammal skeletons are collected and assembled from the beagle channel. It is one of the most interesting aspects of the tour.

All of the other highlights, penguins, seals, sea birds, lighthouse, etc. are just as great as you think they will be. 10/10 would do it again.

We wanted to see Tierra Del Fuego National Park. It was more than we expected. We cruised all over Patagonia and this was our absolute favorite tour! They are honest and professional. The driver was very safe and they were very cautious of time knowing we had to get back to the ship. The park was breathtaking and we saw and learned so much. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the park and history and even gave us a botany lesson. To end the trip there was such a nice and personal touch of a snack picnic. We highly recommend them.

Ushuaia, Argentina was one of the port stops on our South American NCL cruise. We chose the Tierra del Fuego National Park Tour. This was a 4 hour bus tour through the Park with 4 or 5 different stops within the park. The stop we enjoyed most was what they called "The End of the World". It was actually the most southern end of the Pan American Highway or Hwy 3 in SA which runs from Alaska to Ushaia. I have some photos to share. After our tour we decided to stay in town and grab a beer at a local restaurant called Bar Ideal.

It sickens me the contamination and exploitation of natural resources I've experienced in this voyage.... they get TOO CLOSE to the animals...and the captain stayed for several minutes only a few meters away from the animals... it saddens me that our own people violently take economic advantage of our fauna and rivers. The landscapes were nothing compared to the ones you can see in trekking excursions or by car. I would not recommend this experience, we need to protect our animals and leave them alone.
