- Derek SSan Diego, CA18 contributionsWe used David three times during our trip to Argentina. His communication is excellent and he is very organized. He picked us up on time for all three transfers and everything went smoothly. He is a really nice guy who takes pride in his business. I highly recommend David.Written 22 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

On my way back I contacted them the previous day to arrange the transfer. I had already checked prices with UBer, which was actually cheaper, however I decided to go with them as they had already brought me over from the airport. I contacted them as requested via WhatsApp. Over 10 minutes waiting for a reply so I send - are you there or not- only to receive a message back “patience- PLEASE” I thought how cheeky of them, I am a paying customer and I’m not begging for their charity! Eventually after some despondent messages from them, I just told them to leave it as I was sure I could find better customer service elsewhere. According to them they are the biggest airport transfer service. Shame that being as big as they claim to be, they don’t have a clue on how to talk to customers. It goes without saying that I would not recommend this people based on my experience.Written 10 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Phil_cape31 contributionsCouldn't get the app to work (had the well-known issue of not receiving the messaged pin when signing up, sigh). But I could sign up on the web and book a remis from AEP which I did on two occasions. I could even see my bookings on the app and show that at the counter on arrival. All went smoothly (even though the agent seemed a bit perplexed when I showed the page on the app that had my confirmation).Written 29 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - asl492Arcadia, CA171 contributionsI needed a transfer service between Jorge Newbery and Ezeiza airports in Buenos Aires. Making the reservation online on the website was easy, and Swann (the manager) maintained excellent communication and customer service throughout the process. The driver (Javier) he hired to meet me was prompt and got me to Ebeiza in plenty of time to make my flight back home to Los Angeles. I used several transfer services during my two week trip to Argentina, and this one was the best. Highly recommend.Written 21 March 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Justin LAtlanta, GA47 contributionsI chose this company to pick me up at EZE airport and take me into Beunos Aires to my hotel. Cesar, the owner, personally communicated with me and set everything up. He even met me at the airport with a sign holding my name and personally walked me out to his driver.
It was such a pleasant experience I then hired him to take me and my buddy to an estancia (ranch) where we spent the day with Gaucho's, a barbecue, and learning about the culture. Before they picked me up Cesar texted me a picture of my driver and his car. We were picked up right on time. His driver stayed close by for the entire 6 hours we spent out there and then drove us back to our hotel. Very professional and easy.
Here is the important tip: There are lots of "taxi" drivers at Buenos Aires trying to get you into their car. Be very, very cautious as many of them are unlicensed. Uber is available but it may require a wait. My buddy did an Uber and it cost him $35 USD. My cost with Cesar was $55 USD which included being met inside the airport, personally being walked to my driver, who had a beautiful new Toyota Camry. All was very professional and totally stress free.Written 14 March 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The company assured me the price of 5,900 pesos at blue dollar rate or around $21 dollars through Whatapp in November 2022. My first ride with Ender from the airport was great. I paid him $20 with a $2 tip upfront (two 10s and two 1s) since the dollar had strengthened a little bit, and I confirmed this price with him before arriving at the airport through Whatsapp. The company also offered me a free sim card which was very nice of them.
Hugo was the chofer me from the capital to the airport. I didn't confirm the price with him through Whatsapp directly in dollars beforehand because I assumed it would be the same. However, the price the company quoted me was still 5,900 pesos. I didn't find a time to pay upfront, so I waited until the end of the trip where he quoted me $26.82 at 220 pesos per dollar (5,900/220), a complete scam because the rate was at least 300 pesos per dollar. I first handed him $17.75 (one 10, one 5, two 1s, 75 cents) and 1,020 pesos. After he kept insisting the rate was 220 pesos to a dollar, I said I could give him a $20 bill instead.
I know the fair market rate is at least 300 pesos per dollar because I was able to change $20 dollar bills at Western Union for $6,000 pesos throughout my stay. Maybe smaller denominations receive less, but Ender accepted two 10s without a problem. Western Unions can be found all across the capital and even Berazategui which is 30 minutes away from the capital by car in the Buenos Aires metropolitan area.
Anyways, Hugo returned me $17.75 but he kept my 1,020 pesos because I realized I was 1,020 pesos short at the airport. I still ended up tipping him $2, so in total I paid him $22, and Hugo scammed me of 1,000 pesos. 1,000 pesos is about $3 dollars, so for me it's not a lot of money, and I would've paid $27 dollars no problem since the service with Ender was great if the company charged me 8,100 pesos, but trying to scam tourists by switching up the rate is dishonest.Written 29 November 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
