Subte is the transit system from buenos aires. You need a card to access the trains and buses and few stations provide the card, although you can reload at most of the stations - decent system and helps to get around, although trains are useful, buses and other options can create delays

Lovely old train station for a train buff. Very busy. There are three stations next to each other. Two are old and worth visiting

IVECO Bus is the official sponsor of the Combis Terminal, which is located meters from the Obelisk of Buenos Aires.
They have electronic signage that is not always accurate, and the benches for resting or waiting could also be cleaner.
However, cell phone charging towers, Wi-Fi connections, and security surveillance cameras are available for customers.
This terminal receives around 550 buses, which travel to the south and west of the Buenos Aires suburbs and carry about 65,000 passengers per month.
The buses are clean, cheap, and have A/C, but if you do not read or speak Spanish, you may have a small problem.

TIP: When in doubt, ask; eventually, somebody will speak English and help.

We visited this old station now beautifully restored. Many of the original fittings, floor and wall panels are intact and cleaned up. Was a busy station as it was connected to the subway as well. Lots of places to eat in and around. If you like to see old stations well used, this should be on your list.
