Not a gambler but there is much more to gambling there. Enjoyed sitting at the Glass Bar...waiters are friendly and the drinks are galore.. Loads of parking and good security. And if you stay in the hotel no need to drive just walk across.

The competition with some of the ‘new malls’ is forcing it to reinvent itself; it lost some of the good restaurants but it is offering new brands for clothes.

Splat is literally the best play place I have ever been to (and we have been to many around the country).
The concept is brilliant as if a Mommy of a toddler designed it.

Firstly security is great - kids can't just wonder off and leave. The play area is huge with different sections for different ages - they have fantasy areas, huge climbing jungle gyms (all sections padded for safety) a massive ball pit, merry go round, a event hiring room, and great toilets and baby changing facility.

I think what any Mom can appreciate is that you can sit and have a good cup of coffee while you watch your little one have a great time. What I also appreciated was various benches around if you need to keep a closer eye on them.

You pay R60 for 1hr the per minute thereafter. Worth every cent! My boy had an amazing time he cried when we had to leave.

I wish we had Splat in Durban
