City lights and river views mark a walk along The Bund elevated walkway. Historic buildings are all lighted simultaneously at 6 pm in winter. Modern buildings across the river has more moving light show effects.

They did a superb job on my suits and shirts also with the kind of perfection they do that job is really commendable. I would highly recommend them. Interestingly they did my job in less than 24 hours so fully recommending for travellers those are running short of time.

Taken DiDi from Shanghai Bund area approximately 45 to 55m to reach this ancient city , Things I love was great experience of costume + make up (face & hair) + photograher only cost RMB199 each person . In fact , admission is FOC if you plan to just walk , eat and chill there , can avoid buying tickets . Fruit juice and dumplings is nice . It may be too commercialized as Ancient Town but nearest from Shanghai City Center .

Long pedestrian street full of shops and even more people. Here you can find stores like H&M and many other western brands. You can also find domestic shops, selling just about anything. Great street to people watch. Beware of the people asking you to buy watches and bags as these are very cheap imitations

I saw a lot of old buildings and stores, many of them with unique decorative styles, and strolled along this old street full of stories and moods. I took a lot of photos here and love the sights!

    Top of the Pyrimids Exhibition:-
This is a special exhibition of a few hundred selected pieces from the time of the pharaohs, brought from the Cairo Museum on a government to government initiative. You need to book your ticket and timeslot online. Exhibits were very well presented, although the written descriptions of the exhibits in english were too brief. You can rent a audio machine to have a better explanation on the exhibits. Go on a weekday if possible as the weekend crowd can be overwhelming, although the visitors allowed in are controlled by the number of tickets sold. For non China citizens, you require your passport to enter the museum. Your online booking is linked to your passport details. Make sure you fill in your passport details correctly when doing your online booking, became if the information does not tally, you will not be allowed into the museum. Its worth the 2 to 3 hour time to visit this exhibition.

Tianzifang is one of the popular tourist destinations in Shanghai for shopping and experiencing local culture and lifestyle. It is located in the old French concession area. The area has mainly retained the "authentic and original" feeling because it has not been reconstructed or rebuilt. Instead visitors will get to see buildings, shophouses, alleys and streets of the old French concession area with Chinese "culture".

It has now become famous as a "rabbit warren" of arts and crafts shops, with restaurants, bars, cafes, souvenir and boutique shops etc. It has become touristy but still a good place to have a feel of the local touch.

I enjoy walking around in the small lanes around the old ancient buildings with beautiful decorations as it is quite difficult to find them these days due to the city redevelopment!

We came here to look around and shop and stayed to lunch. The area is an interesting stroll and there are indoor air conditioned shops if high end shopping is your thing. Steets were busy and full of happy shoppers. Lots of variety and options to eat.

We visited here in August 2019 on a tour. Although we were only here for a couple of hours, it was no where near enough time to get through all the shops and food stalls and sights. August is a very busy time and there were many many people everywhere. The architecture was wonderful, and so much to see. Definitely worth the visit. Leave yourself enough time.

A very interesting place to be, be prepared to have people pouncing on you as soon as you look or point at something… offer about 1/4 of what they are asking and gradual haggle upward, the most I would pay is half of what they ask, otherwise the price isn’t much different than at home in the UK. We got plenty of bargains and everything is still in great condition… we can’t even tell the difference between the copied shoes and the real ones.

A lot of things changed during COVID-19 Pandemic, but not the extraordinary service provided by Heping Fandian's team! Heping Hotel has been my favorite hotel in China since 2018. I met Zoey, their talented and excellent front desk operator who helped me a lot during my stay. China is changing rapidly since last I was there. Zoey was kind and informative. She made my visit in China much more easier. The room she gave me have impeccable street view. It always makes me want to extend my stay.

The IFC Mall is a 6-storey luxury shopping mall of over 110,000sqm that provide a spectrum of up-market retail offerings to top-tier international luxury brands. Boutique stores of international brands, culinary delights and also a premier cinema complex.

With its stunning glass facade glittering among the modernity that defines Lujiazui, the area where the mall is situated, it's a good place to shop for luxury brands, including Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Gucci, and Cartier etc. It is also home to Apple’s second largest flagship store in China.
