    Great tour in darjeeling
    Me and my husband had an enjoyable time during the tour and visited alot of places. The car was very comfortable and the drive was very safe despite heavy traffic. Thanks to Abhishek and his colleague for making our time a pleasant one!

    Review of: Colonial Heritage Walking Tour in Darjeeling
    Best way to explore Darjeeling
    This tour has to be the best way to see Darjeeling. If you're interested in getting an in-depth look at the culture and history of Darjeeling then I highly recommend this activity.
    We started at Mall Road with our super knowledgeable guide Anirban and visited a whole bunch of really cool places that surprisingly weren't on the usual tourist itenararies. We also visited a market where the locals shopped and stopped for some yummy Chilly momos.

    One important thing to mention, if you're looking at doing this be prepared to walk for at least 3 hours

    Gift from the gods
    This tour was absolutely outstanding: amazing views of Himalayan snow capped mountains, fascinating insights into culture and monasteries of Sikkim and great food. But especially good was our wonderful local guide Bipendra whose cheerfulness , many talents and knowledge made our tour fun. To make your trip even more special, I recommend staying in the luxurious 4 star Elgin hotels for a taste of Raj heritage. Also be aware that Sikkim requires extra passport photos and photocopy of passport.

    Review of: Darjeeling Food Crawl (2 Hours Guided Local Food Tasting Tour)
    Unorganised food tour with no storytelling or any guide
    The worst food tour ever. The organizer sent an unprepared tour guide that took us to restaurants versus places where we can try sample foods. Made us pay in the beginning and had to contact the tour company to clear the air that we already paid and should pay additional on the tour. Then at the end of the tour, the tour company told our guide that he should only cover 800 rupees and the rest we should pay. The guide was briefed slightly about the your earlier in the day but came unprepared to the point where he was asking us where we wanted to go! There was also no storytelling and we were pulling teeth to get any history or information about the places, the city, and the food. The tour was a complete disaster so we cancelled a walking tour with the same company as well to go with another company.

    Review of: Singalila Ridge Trek from Darjeeling
    A wonderfully foggy trek
    Had a wonderful 6 day trek along the Singalila Ridge. We were a bit unlucky with the weather, with a lot of fog and wind the first days. Nevertheless, the views along the road, with blossoming rhodedentros and orchids were great. From Phalut the weather cleared up, and we got a glimse of the mighty Knachenjunga. The small villages of Gorkhey and Timburay were the higlights of the trek.

    Our guide, Mr Rupesh Tamang, was an awesome companion during the trek. Always cheerful, helpful and fun to hang around with!

    Would highly recommend Ashmita Trek & Tours. From pickup at the airport to taxi to our next destination, they nice and easy to do business with!

    Review of: 4Nights 5Days Sikkim Package
    Great experience
    We had booked Sikkim trip before pandemic started, since it was complete lockdown our trip got cancelled. But after restrictions were removed we got call from Yes Tourism, particularly from Reva, that we can avail the payment that was done so we did our plan again and Reva was very helpful to do the plan and helpes us to choose correct hotels. And finally we completed our trip and it was fantastic. Even though we had some minor issues but Reva was in constant touch and helped to resolve them immediately. Thanks.

    Review of: Darjeeling Tonglu - Tumling Day Trek
    Wonderful first time experience in hiking
    We did a day hike to Tumling-Tonglu from Darjeeling. This was our first experience in hiking and it was a memorable experience to say the least. Our guide Sangay Bhutia was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our experience with Ashmita Treks was amazing. Choose them without any second thoughts.

    Review of: Sikkim and Darjeeling
    Outstanding
    Darjeeling is one of the most scenic and hugely popular hill resorts in India. At 2,134 meters above mean sea level, it is 686 km from Kolkata in West Bengal. Amidst the backdrop of the mighty snow-clad Himalayan peaks, Darjeeling has been popular with tourists for its beauty and pleasant climate. You can get a clear view of the world’s third highest peak, Kanchenjunga, from the town on a sunny day. Avoid the monsoons as Kanchenjunga is not visible. Skip June, July and August and definitely avoid December and January.

    Review of: Sikkim Darjeeling - North East India 7 Nights 8 Days Tour
    Amazing and awesome. Lifelong memorable trip.
    We r very thankful to I M Himalaya team specially Arpana &Arbin. They delivered exactly what they promised. Innova, beautiful resorts & hotels were booked by them earlier and we didnt have issue in check in process anywhere. Even Arpana ma'am received our call at night and arranged addl. vehicle to our need for early morning. We 're 5 families but she was ready to help everytime. Even in every evening, we get msgs "how was the day, how you enjoyed etc" which was again a very positive gesture from their side what we liked very much. They are very caring. And I definitely recommend I M Himalaya for any trip. Even we did our payment little later but we didn't have to compromise anywhere. We enjoyed every place of Sikkim and Darjeeling. They have booked the best properties in interior place in North Sikkim.

    We have visited Gangtok, North Sikkim, South Sikkim, Darjeeling in 10 days trip. Don't miss North & South Sikkim as they are heaven in earth. Weather must support your dates.
