- Kathrin SColonia3 contributionsI had a fantastic cooking class with Sundari and can recommend her 100%. She sent me lots of information in advance and put together a special menu for me due to my dairy intolerance.
I was warmly welcomed into her beautiful home and we chatted over a welcome ritual and a masala tea. Sundari is a wonderful, warm-hearted woman who told me a lot about Indian cuisine and culture. She is very patient and a fantastic cook and teacher. The menu tasted incredibly delicious and we even went to a small supermarket together to buy a few ingredients and spices so that I could cook my husband an Indian dish at home. I am very grateful for this wonderful experience and will definitely be back!Written 21 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I got a 4 hands 90min done and was absolute bliss. Hendra and Dayu were amazing. Definitely recommend it to anyone wanting an authentic Balinese experience.Written 13 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - SasPDXBeaverton, OR193 contributionsSuham means "bliss" in Tamil and the experiences I have had here are nothing but bliss. All the masseuses have been excellent. I prefer the 90-minute Balinese massage and whoever was the masseuse that day, each had a slightly different technic but delivered a very effective massage. I have been battling back pain and these massages have almost made it disappear.
Plus the fact it is sooooo relaxing. Love it!Written 30 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I choose the walking tour of Chennai visiting many of the old building. Lakshmi really brought them to life with wonderful funny stories. In the afternoon we did a food tour of the bazaar. Lakshmi introducing me to fantastic food opening my eyes to the different favours of South India. We had some wonderful laughs and interacting with the local people and eating places was a high light of the tours. If you only do one tour of Chennai make it with story tellers and if you are lucky enough to have Lakshmi as your guide I can guarantee you will have a great time.Written 19 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
