Palani showed us a large selection of paintings and scupltures by a variety of India's great artists and answered all our many questions patiently. It is a small gallery with many of the paintings stacked up against the walls, located on the top floor of the owner's house I think, but they will be expanding in the future. The pricing seemed very fair. We ended up buying three paintings which Palani crated and sent to Singapore for us, sending us photos of the crating and updates along the way. Stay on same side as the Sun TV building and once you have the Sun TV building on your back take the first left and the shop is immediatly on the left at number 70.
I loved this place because it was full of hand made beautiful and colorfull things for your home and i found that the price was correct for the great hand work. The spacious gallery displays and sells diverse art works of established and emerging international and domestic artists packed in the aisles, and on the walls and partitions and also on the glass doors and windows. Water colours, oil paintings, photographs, installations, prints and drawings in traditional and contemporary styles are just some of the attractions for art lovers, buyers and casual visitors.
