- Jet028697571576 contributionsI traveled all the way from Jamshedpur to Chennai to visit The Gem'Z, and it was an incredible experience! I purchased a stunning 30kg Citrine cluster and top-quality rubies, all at prices far more competitive than online platforms and other sellers. The collection here is vast and authentic, and the staff was extremely helpful in guiding me through the selections. The energy of the store is simply amazing, and the quality of the gemstones exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for genuine gemstones at unbeatable prices, The Gem'Z is the place to be. Truly 'Priceless by Nature'!Written 21 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- MarkGodalming, UK58 contributionsI was excited to be visiting the oldest bookshop in Chennai. I need some new books. However, I was underwhelmed. It was not as large as I expected although it did have that quiet library feel about the place. Yes I bought four books all much cheaper than in the UK. The classics section wasn’t extensive. Certain authors didn’t appear at all. However a good selection of Japanese authors which is great as I have only just discovered Japanese literature.Written 2 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Suryanarayana KOngole, India563 contributionsMy sister learnt of the place through the internet and wanted to visit the place. This is located in an old building nicely renovated and is surrounded by a big garden with parking. The displays were arranged nicely with a lot of space to browse and tables to spread the sarees. The fabrics are rich and aesthetic colors and designs. Before knowing which store is better, my sister finished her shopping in their Adyaar store. But still she found more interesting things to buy here too.The staff were attentive and are knowledgeable about the textiles and designs. A nice place for connoisseurs of quality traditional sarees. They are not cheap but value for money.Written 6 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
