- Saagar VGran Canaria, Spain2 contributionsThe environments are spectacular, though we didn't manage to see any leopards, the open 4x4 jeep ride in the richly forested Aravali Hills is well worth it. Our driver was very professional and we saw Nilgai and lots of birds, plus recent leopard paw prints; to guarantee a leopard sighting it's recommended you book various tours (morning and evening over various days).
The ride can be a bit bumpy at some spots but we went with our two year old child and had no problems at all.
Tips: Remember to bring a jacket as it can get chilly. No food/water is allowed.Written 19 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The experience was exceptional and Rohit my guide, knew exactly what he was doing. The excitement as foot prints were spotted and alarm calls were heard never gets old. I went on three safaris and saw two leopards, one of the mysterious stunning Rimjhim who rarely shows herself and two sightings of Rana, a massive male with scars to show his power and strength. I’ll never tire of visiting this unique heaven for these majestic creatures. To be able to get up close and personal to capture incredible photos is a not only a privilege but a dream come true. I will be back, that’s for sure!Written 15 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Y2037LDchristinesNorth Stradbroke Island, Australia5 contributionsAnother great riding adventure with Freedomriderss. This Royal Rajasthan tour is my second with Supreet and his team of Jay, Sheldon and Anu and what a team! The way they supported us was exceptional - while on the road and before and after as well.
Rajasthan was enthralling with busy, buzzing town traffic to negotiate, open country roads, some winding mountain roads, lovely villages, historic forts and palaces (some were our accommodation), and even some stretches of road works for the occasional off road challenge.
The bikes are very well maintained and I have grown to love my Himalayan which thrives in the Indian riding conditions. The bond forged with fellow riders is a very positive aspect of the tour for me as well.
So great riding, wonderful country, 4/5 star accommodation, excellent company and thorough organisation ensured that the Rajasthan trip was an unforgettable experience.

- Julie W15 contributionsVisited India for two weeks with my husband, and this cycling tour was easily among the highlights of our trip! I contacted Nikhil on WhatsApp, and he arranged a sunset ride for us to avoid the extreme heat in May. We took the Amber cycling tour, which was about 3 hours cycling through Amer town to temples, lakes, gates, and even the Panna Meena ka Kund. Nikhil is so knowledgeable about the rich history of Amer and the environment. He's also cheerful and kind - super fun to chat with! Our bikes were in perfect condition, and Nikhil and his driver kept us hydrated and even shared some surprise treats along the way. Nikhil put his heart into the tour and his whole business. He is an awesome guide. This would be a great tour for international travelers as well as Indian nationals - anyone who wants to have a little adventure and a lot of history while visiting Jaipur. Someday I hope we can go on a multi-day bikepacking trip too! Thanks a ton, Nikhil!Written 21 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
