Trip was amazing! The driver was very good, even for people with carsickness no one got sick, and was very accommodating for stops we needed on longer drives. Hotels were great and as described, and the tour guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Pace of the tour was exactly like the itinerary said! Recommend for any first time traveler to India!

I (a woman in my early 60s) travelled solo for this trip, a stop on my way to Bengaluru for work. It was the first time traveling without my husband for some years (he was working) and the tour exceeded my expectations.

My driver, Ramesh / Rajesh) negotiated sometimes chaotic traffic with ease, through obstructions and road closures which I know are not unexpected.

My guides were unfailingly kind and helpful. I use a prosthetic leg, and chose to use a lightweight cane for this trip. I am reasonably fit, but rough ground and steep slopes are a challenge. I climbed up to Amber Fort, walked around the Taj Mahal and the other wonderful sights. My guides offered to help me on steep stairs and so on, and while when I was younger I was more stubborn, and would have refused all help, I gladly accepted their assistance, which meant I saw more (and learned a lot of history).

The other unexpected bonus was the photos taken by my guides. Is Mahipal (Agra guide) a glamor photographer when he is not guiding tourists? My family are very impressed with the photos.

The hotels were as comfortable as I had hoped.

    I highly recommend this tour.

We had an amazing time at the tour! All the hotels were great - in our opinion the 4 star hotels would have been enough, the 5 star hotels were great but sometimes felt like we were treated like celebrities (a little bit overwhelming). In Agra, New Delhi and Jaipur we had a private tour guide who showed us the must see sights and changed little things depending on our interest. Sometimes though we were brought to small handcraft facilities, where it was hard to say no if we didn’t want to buy anything. Although they were still very interesting and high quality shops.
Our driver (Madan) was really nice, showing us some places and answering all our questions. He was also always availble in case we needed him.

I had the pleasure of booking a customized tour with Crystal India Holidays to explore Jaipur, Agra, and Delhi. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. I worked closely with Hitesh who accommodated my desired list of monuments, recommended fantastic places to eat, and provided very skilled and enjoyable guides per each city. In Jaipur, on the fly, we actually declined seeing a monument as we were very tired of sight seeing for that day, and instead, flipped the script and were expertly provided with a last minute shopping spree. Our Jaipur guide Pawan, voted "most informational and detailed, would be Jeopardy champion", walked with us within the city, and politely sat or stood aside while we negotiated with vendors. Our Agra guide Manish, provided us with a nice tour of the majestic Taj Mahal and was voted "best photographer" and the real rock star, Mohan, who was our driver throughout, became our ad hoc guide in Delhi. Mohan deserves special recognition and was voted "most chill race car driver" for his expert and calm, demeanor and defensive but careful driving behavior in this mad mad world of India traffic.

We paid in full up front, online before we left for India. Whilst in India we were given the opportunity to contact their office for immediate attention for any issues, of which there were none. I would highly recommend this tour agency for all your needs!

Do not hesitate to book with this company. It was smooth sailing all the way.
The driving was excellent - we felt safe despite very foggy/smoggy conditions in Delhi on day 1.
Basically you have a drive who gets you safely and comfortably from place to place. The vehicle had ample space and was comfortable. The driver waits so that you get picked up and no need to park or wait. In each city, there is a tour guide with you for the day. We were impressed with both their professionalism and knowledge.
It is a smooth operation with opportunities for meals.
I was a little hesitant about the visits to the factories, but we ended up buying lots of bidding, and getting shirts and blazers custom-made and sent to our hotel within four hours.
I did not feel like I was forced to buy anything more that I wanted to. I personally was not interested in the jewelry, but I was fascinated by the marble products which are associated with the Taj Mahal.

This tour was excellent at taking us to the major sites with very little inconvenience to us. I felt like I was exposed to a very interesting part of India, which had great energy, and then I enjoyed being delivered safely to the hotels every evening, where we could relax.

I researched this tour and I am very happy to say that it lived up to both the reviews and my expectations.

    This tour was fantastic!

Myself and a couple friends booked this tour to dip our toes into the country of India and wow, it sure was fun! For anyone reading this review, do keep in mind the following points:
    - During this tour, you will be covering a lot of distance. So there will be a lot of travel and long car rides.
    - You will have multiple tour guides that specialise in each area you visit. Some speak better English than others but all are extremely hospitable.
    - You will be taken to multiple craft shops which will try to sell you their products, and the sellers have silver tongues. But if you're not wanting to purchase anything, you'll at least gain some interesting information on how their products are made.

This tour will provide you with everything you need to enjoy some of the most iconic parts of India. Hotels, drivers, tours guides, clean water, drop-offs for lunch and dinner, etc... are all included. And you'll have constant communication with the tour-organiser on whatsapp in-case any issues occur (I had no issues but I did ask if I could view the tour itinerary to which the organiser kindly sent me a copy). All you need to bring is clothes, money and toiletries, then sit back and enjoy your holiday.

Another thing to keep in mind is that this tour is extremely safe. The tour guides will inform you on how to avoid hustlers, thieves, dangerous wildlife and much more. But this tour will shield you from the darker side of India so you'll therefore not experience the whole of India. However, this tour will provide you with enough knowledge and experience to explore India independently thereafter. I explored Delhi, Kochi and Trivandrum without any assistance during the days following this tour and had an amazing time all throughout.

Overall, this tour is amazing and I can't fault it in any way. It was a magical experience. The places we visited were fantastic and our hotels had plenty to offer including bars, live entertainment and massage treatments.

Great tour of Jaipur, but make sure to bring lots of water as it is mostly outside and hot. 10/10 would recommend, our guide Kissor was very knowledgeable and kind.

Fantastic trip we was picked up from the airport and dropped to our hotel in Delhi, meeting our driver Maan Singh who was great and would be with us the whole time. They did ask us to start the tour a day early but we wanted to recover from our flight so we was picked up form our hotel after breakfast on agreed start day. We then picked up our guide for Delhi for a day’s sightseeing. We decided not to do all the venues and chose just a few see attached photos. After dropping off our guide we set off for Agra, during the whole trip it was nice to have to freedom to stop when if we wanted to alongside some stops for shops that the guides wanted us to stop at. I didn’t mind this if it gets them a bit of extra cash you can always politely refuse no problem. Drop to our hotel in Agra, we arranged to book our own hotels which worked out for both parties. We decided to leave the early morning visit to taj at the risk of not seeing much because of the fog. Met our guide who took care of buying tickets for us so much easier to give him the money. He was a very enthusiastic photographer and wanted to take lots of photos with our phones. There’s something very special about the taj especially when you see it for the first time. I’ve been to Agra before ,in fact all the places on this tour sone a few times over the years, but my girlfriend hadn’t so I thought the best way would be to book this tour so glad we did. Enjoyed the taj and seeing a bit of Agra said goodbye to our guide and got on the road to Jaipur. Checked into our hotel and had the gala dinner booked. It was colder than we’d anticipated for 31/12 luckily we’d packed thermals etc. the next day a full day in Jaipur including an elephant ride we another fantastic guide back to the hotel for dinner and after breakfast the next day we headed back to Delhi. We was able to keep in contact with our driver through what’s app I’d got local sim in Delhi to have internet access and the ability to call the whole time I was there we was going onto Varanasi after the tour for a few days. Then onto goa for a month. I’d recommend this tour yes you might be paying a little bit over the odds but we’ll worth it to save the hassle of arranging travel myself. Which I used to do in india when I was a younger man. Hassle free is the way forward these days and this tour facilitates that and much more!!

The tour started a 9am at Delhi with our driver mr Sonu then we continued with Agra, Ranthambhore where we had the chance to see some tigers. And finally Jaipur to end back to Delhi again. On each city we had a guide. They were all very kind and we learnt so many things about the Indian history thanks to them. A special thanks to our driver Mr Sonu that we saw each day of our tour and he always assured that we were comfortable.

Unbelievable experience for 6 days from airport pickup to airport drop off. They have everything covered and all you need to do is relax and enjoy the beautiful sites.

Abhi (our driver and now lifelong friend) was amazing and made our trip memorable. He welcomed us at the airport with a smile, professional sign and flower leis. We then met Manoji (owner who we communicated with before & during the tour) for a fantastic tea and then we went off for a lifetime experience.

We (couple) decided to upgrade the vehicle from a sedan to a SUV for comfort which was well worth it. The roads can be congested and chaotic which is why you need a safe driver like Abhi.

We had fantastic local guides at each city. Gaurav covered Delhi, while Rahul and S.K. Dharma covered Agra and Jaipur, respectively. We saw and learned so much from them about the cities, sites, history, culture, etc. They purchased the entrance tickets for us and provided advice on souvenir shopping. Besides being great tour guides, they were also great photographers taking pictures of us at the various locations. They know the best spots!

Abhi did a great job in coordinating the entire trip. He was professional, personable, punctual and flexible ensuring we had the best time. Based on our requests/his suggestions (not on the scheduled tour), he made arrangements for a cobra experience, shopping stop and an elephant interaction. You must visit Elefantastic where you have direct (1:1) interaction with an elephant (feeding, painting, washing, walking, hugging, etc.). The owner’s mother also invited us to her house for good lunch.

This tour exceeded our expectations. You must do it and request Abhi as your driver/coordinator. You will not regret it!

Thanks Gopal and GTT team for a fantastic vacation.

My wife and I have just finished our Golden Triangle Tour organised by Gopal and delivered by the fantastic driver Mahendra, who is so much more than a driver! Mahendra took care of us from airport pick up to airport drop off, always with a smile. He made the vacation special! Personally I would recommend asking for Mahendra.
Mention should also go to the guides at each location: Shiva in Delhi, Ahmed in Agra, Shanu at Fatehpur Siri and Satish in Jaipur. The knowledge and enthusiasm they have for their areas is impressive.

Would highly recommend GTT to anyone looking for a Golden Triangle vacation.

Driver was great, very friendly, and provided door to door and timely service everywhere. A little misled that the safari itself was a canter not a jeep, but that had minimal difference on the trip.

What a well organised trip this was. We booked the 6 day standard tour and added some extras. The amount of time we had to enjoy each part of the itinerary was just right. All our guides were brilliant, they would ensure we managed to escape the crowds and our photos are amazing. Our driver’s were also marvellous, how they navigate the crazy traffic is a sight to behold in itself. Shakul informed us of all plans via WhatsApp and always responded quickly and professionally. Any long drives between cities was broken with a comfort stop. I cannot recommend PCTI enough and the personal service we received was a credit to Shakul.
