- Seb A1 contributionDuring my wellness journey through India, I stumbled upon YogaPeace, and it turned out to be an incredible experience. I initially signed up for two 2-hour yoga fitness sessions each day without really knowing what to expect.
Having practiced Ashtanga for several years, I often found it treated in the West as a series of postures or a fitness routine, and I felt that my progress hadn’t improved much over years.
I can say now that yoga fitness sessions at YogaPeace should be a must-have for any practitioner, regardless of their level. From correcting and refining postures to improving flexibility and addressing physical imbalances, the therapists guide you through a process that fosters both body and mind acceptance, enhancing your daily yoga practice.
I highly recommend that anyone—whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga—experience YogaPeace firsthand. I leave with a sense of peace, presence, and progress in my practice.

We didn't know exactly what to expect when we arrived at Mita's lovely home on a quiet street, but Mita and her husband immediately put us at ease
by offering us a cool drink and engaging us in conversation about where we were from and talking about our mutual families and life experiences. Mita has worked in the US and she and her husband have traveled all over the world. The cooking demonstration was both informative and lots of fun, as was the excellent lunch that followed in their formal dining room. The whole event took about three hours and was one of the real highlights of our two week trip to Delhi, Agra and Rajasthan. You see lots of forts and monuments and nice hotels in these places, but it is not often you get the chance to spend a few hours in the homes of the people who live there. Diet treatment is very balanced visited many centre but nothing compare to this place. Naturopathy diet treatment at Yogashray is taken seriously. In additon to paying attention to each details for his guest, the owner Mahendra and his family made me feel home and like a family member. Their house is beyond comfortable and the food is delicious. From amazing daily yoga sessions with highly skilled instructors, cooking lessons, tourist visit un the gorgeous Jaipur city center and palaces, to participation to a religious festival, I felt very honored to be completely immersed in the fascinating Indian and Hindu culture. - Nikita2 contributionsI absolutely loved my experience at yog yug yoga studio! The instructor, Mrs.Tina Kothari was super attentive and made the sessions enjoyable. I have been attending for the past 3 months and look forward to every class. The best part was that even though the practice was challenging, the instructor's guidance made it feel manageable. I'd leave each session feeling accomplished without even realizing how challenging it was until the end due to the step by step instructions for each pose. I have felt a great difference in my sense of calm in my day to day life and in the process also improved my mental and physical health, feeling more energetic and fit.
