- Anjalii1 contributionI needed a solo weekend get away, I just knew Jack & Hill Adventures was the group I had to go with, without a doubt since iv already participated in an event with them previously! The Farm & Forest Forage was a different experience all together. The group size was perfect. Johann curated every activity thoughtfully & beautifully. The hosts were warm and welcoming too. Right from the first activity of tasting various wild plants and flowers, harvesting our lunch, feasting on traditionally cooked wild and seasonal plants for lunch, going for forest trail with lots of learning on the way to finally ending it with a dip in lake which was absolutely the best part! It was totally safe and unexpectedly better from our initial expectations. - Sapna Bhattacharya2 contributionsTook the sunrise sail. Ayesha is a delight to be around and makes the experience an inspiration for more. She gets you involved by helping with putting up the sails. I got a chance to steer the boat. The fresh air was welcoming and the sun decided to behave too. Overall a very peaceful or may I say meditative experience.

Different from living in regular hotels and visiting famous attractions.
With an age group ranging from 10 years to 56 years, it was difficult deciding what to do!
We zeroed in with Countryside adventures and opted for Sangla Kalpa Shoja Thanedar tour with treks and dint regret the decision at all.
The itinerary was well planned with sufficient rest at each halt.
The treks were very scenic but not to strenuous; just what we were looking for.
Our tent house stay at Kinner Camps Sangla was great.
Staying in the valley with nature all around us, was something we never did before ( I wonder why we dint do that before!).
The Banjara property at Shoja was very good. Offering excellent view of the hills and was very pleasing. The trek through the forest tested the elders amongst us, but the kids enjoyed it a lot. I think that has kindled an interest for treks and nature in them.
The Banjara property at Thanedar was Beautifull.
We all wished we could stay there a bit longer.
All in all, It was an enjoyable experience.
More so as the Cars and Drivers were excellent!
Well behaved and superb in driving skills, they added a lot fun.
Last but not the least, the support from Countryside was very good, right from our initial planning to our take off and touch down.
They were always in touch.
We.dint need any help at the tour, but we knew they were there and approachable, if we needed it.

Our guide, Mr. Abhishek, was great! Not only was he wonderful with explaining the history found in Old Delhi, he made us feel comfortable walking the busy streets. The food was also excellent. - Peter BCairns, Australia348 contributionsWe were met at Churchgate station and our train tickets were sorted for us and we headed off towards Dharavi. Having seen Slumdogs the movie, and knowing what a western slum area is like, I came in expecting to see something similar.
Right from the start of the tour that preconception was blown away as the area revealed an amazing amount of business activity and community spirit. Don't get me wrong, living conditions were pretty ordinary but the people were making the best deal that they could and were very happy and supportive of their community.
We were surprised to learn that there were distinct communities for the different ethnic regions as well as a police force, hospitals, schools and shops. Communities banded together and all chipped in to make advancements in their areas without any outside assistance. Our guide for the day was very knowledgeable about the area and answered our numerous questions happily. It seemed like in no time at all we had come to the end of the tour and all 3 of us were left with a totally different view of Dharavi.

The boat was in good condition and the ride was conducted very professionally. The whole experience was enhanced by the Aquasail team led by Abhishek who was so knowledgeable and very friendly.

The process of registering was quick and simple, and there weren't any delays either. The rooms themselves were ingenious with multiple mind-boggling situations and intriguing puzzles. We sadly weren't able to escape from either of the two rooms, but that is just a testament to how well thought out everything was ( and perhaps also to our incompetency :P). Hope to return to escape from the other rooms. Can't wait! It was unique experience since we have done it for 1st time. Setup was good and mystery was well ploted .
