What travellers are saying
- Payal GMumbai, India1,091 contributionsThis was the first mall in the area and remains the best. Apart from the range of branded shops and supermarket (Big Bazaar) it's a great place to hangout thanks to the movie theaters and eating places suitable for all budgets. The overall decor is well thought out and the flea markets blend into the decor. Washrooms are clean and there is ample parking place available. Location is good being right on the highway.Written 14 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Marie A1 contributionI booked the trip a deal golden triangle with veranasi add on. This trip offered great value overall, with pleasant hotels and friendly staff. However, I would have preferred the set meal to be included in the price, particularly since there was no choice of food. This was especially noticeable in hotels offering buffet options in areas without nearby restaurants or markets. Given the long days spent on buses, the inclusion of meal options would have been a thoughtful addition to the package.
I would have also appreciated less time spent at the silk factory, rug, and marble shops, as we felt rushed at the main attractions, where I would have preferred to spend more time. Additionally, there were limited opportunities to shop at local markets, which would have allowed us to select items personally. While the upselling of local products on the bus was a nice touch, the ability to explore markets independently would have enhanced the experience.
The drive back to Delhi after Agra, coupled with the early morning flight, made for a long and tiring day. While the sunrise at the Taj Mahal was breathtaking, the late arrival and early wake-up for the next morning's sunrise at the Ganges left little time for rest. A more relaxed schedule, such as a sunset boat ride before the ceremony, would have been preferable. Moreover, the opportunity to explore the shops in this area, which looked promising, would have added to the experience.
The journey back, after the ceremony, felt particularly long after two consecutive busy days, and the group was noticeably fatigued. An electric tuk-tuk ride might have been a more comfortable option. Additionally, since we returned late, having to arrange dinner afterward at the hotel added to the exhaustion.
Overall, I believe the trip could have been spread over an additional day or two to allow for a more relaxed pace and provide some much-needed free time, which would have enhanced the overall experience.Written 14 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Sangeetha AnbalaganBengaluru, India1,810 contributionsOn 21st Oct'19, myself with my hubby have dropped in to Hub Mall to watch the movie 'Joker' at 'Movie times'.
Parking seems to be a big issue at this mall, they won't provide space for parking and we need to park our vehicles in other buildings nearby.
The ambiance of the mall seems to be so average like a normal shopping complex. Theatre screen was also average, not so great like PVR / INOX, prices were so reasonable. Hence, people drop in to this mall for watching movies.Written 18 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - prannnnMumbai, India432 contributionsThis is a beautiful, spiritual and peaceful temple belong to lord ayyappa and several other gods. The place is located very inside of powai on the way to hiranandani. as a result, the place is devoid of all the traffic, crowds, noise etc to a certain extent. The temple open during early morning hours and during evening as well. The place is very prominent among the locals and one can reach the place very easily via road(its just 20 minutes walk from the main road). They also organize various pujas, ceremonies, processions etc during various times of the year.Best time to visit would be during any of the festive days as the temple would be decorated but at the same time it would be very crowded as well.Written 29 October 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
