    Adani Lounge is the default one offered for international business class passengers. The seating area is spacious and the spread is decent.

    Ordinary experience at Loyalty Lounge, Mumbai Airport, T2
    Today me and my wife spent some time at Loyalty Lounge, Mumbai Airport, Terminal 2

    Our experience is quite quiet ordinary. Interior is ordinary, sitting is ordinary and looks a bit old and in few cases few spots in chairs/sofa, washroom was ordinary.

    The food was ordinary. Sometimes the lack of spread is compensated by quality. But, in this case, both the quality and the spread were ordinary. Even in few cases the food was cold.

    Since I could enjoy this complementary due to one of premium Credit Card, it was still okay. But if I have to pay for even one person, it’s not of a great worth.

    Good in parts and not so good in parts, Aviserv Lounge offers sleeping pods to help you spend a few hours of waiting time at the T2 airport in Mumbai. While the infrastructure and service are fine, the constant movement of flyers (some coming in to sleep, some waking up to move out, alarms buzzing, folks snoring et al) does not necessarily help you catch your 40 winks!

    Average service
    We usually opt for Pranaam services considering we have a small 4 year old son to travel with. Previously had great interactions n experiences.

    This time - i wasnt wowed by the guest relations person. The porter Omkar was very professional and did a Great Job. But didnt feel any warmth or kindness or concern towards me or my son in the Guest relations Contact at all.

    I was visited in may and waiting for a 3 hour they are allowed only 3 hpur before departure of your flight
    Nice longue is there for waiting there is one good thing that if you have credit card there is only charge 2 rs from your account i was use ICICI Bank Coral Credit card and they charged only 2 rs due to Offer in my card
    And one good thing is that this is open 24/ 7 someone said it will not open in night that is wrong

    Visit while at T1 Airport
    Not too many options at T1 Airport..... and around 2 hours of layover...... one could have at least the complimentary foods served here.
    Well the lounge is not too good but food was good with good choices from North Indian delicacies to Continental as well.....

    Financial Capital no go
    Shocking. My last experience was so bad at the so called intl airport. Just by spending hard earned money of the tax payers making the airport look good doesn’t solve the main purpose of the airport. The moment you land on intl airport there is no coordination which way is the exit the pax are made to walk halfway in opp direction once u come out of the aero bridge and then a long walk till the immigration. Not wheelchair friendly at all. The people will stamp on the old pax and move ahead. The way people run for the immigration is a scene to watch. They enter any line and there is no one guiding the people to move to respective lines. They are shouting and fighting at the immigration and no one seems interested in solving the issue. The same people at other intl airports follow all the rules as there is staff who monitors and action is been taken for misconduct but Mumbai nothifn such sort. It feels like a st bus station with good decor that’s it.
