Visited the lounge during my recent travel.

The ambience of the lounge is ok.

The lounge was more or less full at the time of my visit. The food was ok. The buffet was a mix of Indian and continental food.

The cleanliness level of the lounge and washrooms was not as per expectation.More staff needs to be employed to maintain the lounge in clean condition.

    Overall a satisfactory experience.

The David Sassoon Library and Reading Room is the oldest library still in use in Mumbai. The library is a very handsome looking Neo-Gothic building. Inside, it looks like an old school reading room with a lot of old world charm, especially with the way the reading desks and books are arranged.

A nice place to visit for a bit of history and old world charm. The condition of the interior is a little sad though. There’s a lot of peeling paint all over the walls and water damage in parts of the ceiling. See it before it all falls apart!

This place is a hub for exhibition. Many exhibition and events take place here. It is close to Ram mandir station. Getting auto rickshaw from here is a difficult task

Not too many options at T1 Airport..... and around 2 hours of layover...... one could have at least the complimentary foods served here.
Well the lounge is not too good but food was good with good choices from North Indian delicacies to Continental as well.....

We were there on a Sunday and hence could not enter. But I am sure , this being a university library, people can freely enter. The building is great example of Victorian gothic architecture and well maintained. The stained glass windows add lot of charm to this period building

It is a well stocked library and variety of books on many wide range of topics including regional books. It is a reader's delight to visit the J N Petit Institute library.

The best thing about Pranaam service is that they would take care of all the movement across the airport including check in, immigration, customs, security check, etc. Their lounge after doing all the formalities is good with food and drinks being available there. They now also have two tiny sleeping capsules so one can catch a wink. Great service and very useful at T2.
