    Review of: National Centre for the Performing Arts
    Modern Architecture and professional
    NCPA, situated at the end of Maine Drive, in the Nariman Point area, is the Centre for performing arts as the name says, provides modern facilities for stage performances, such as, concerts, dramas and plays, dance and musicals. It is the top centre. The complex has a good restaurant also.

    great experience,though expensive
    Quite an impressive theatre,suitable for a south bombay mall.We saw RRR in IMAX laser.The visuals,sounds,everything was super.Seats were comfortable.
    Food is definitely quite expensive.But that is expected.

    Review of: Fine Arts Cultural Centre
    A wonderful auditorium
    Good morning. Had been to the fine arts centre at chembur last week to watch a play. A well maintained spotlessly clean auditorium. The canteen serves south indian cuisine that will pamper the taste buds. Not only the auditorium but the stair case the floor landings are always spicy and span. The only issue with this place is parking one's vehicle but the valet available is there if the solution to it.
    Keep it up like this so lovers of music dance and theatre have a great experience.

    Famous Old Studio
    This is a very famous studio since 4decades where full movies like Pakiza were shot and still due to proximity in the city attracts shoots.

    Review of: Bal Gandharva Rang Mandir
    An old famous theater in need of refurbishment
    Went and saw a Matinee show of A Perfect Murder a Marathi translation of the Alfred Hitchcock classic. The play has a interesting plot and a twist which made the the 3 + hours ( with a 20 min intermission ). go fast. But sound system left a lot to be desired the refreshment counters were empty and the restrooms not that clean. A historic playhouse deserves better especially in a culturally aware city like Pune

    Review of: Swatantryaveer Savarkar Rashtriya Smarak
    Great introduction to a great freedom fighter
    This memorial is dedicated to the great freedom fighter Vinayak Damodar Savarkar popularly known as Veer Savarkar. There are several panels recreating immediately recognisable scenes from the lives of famous revolutionaries in their fight for freedom.

    There is a light and sound show for about 30 minutes at 8pm in the weekends dedicated to the journey of Savarkar. While entry is free, it is advisable to reach well in time because of the limited seating available. While the show captures important events in his life upto independence, more coverage can be done for his later years.

    Overall a good place to introduce children to the history of our revolutionary leaders.

    It runs only old movies, don’t expect new one hence less crowd and less number of shows. Avoid if you are not free

    It’s a café cum reading store. Though small in space but is quite lively. One can find many book lovers engulfed in reading over here.
