    Very nice bollywood style
    Prithvi house has an ambience created like a bolly wood style show. This place has drama theatre, cafe and library.

    small place , good for book lovers
    It’s a café cum reading store. Though small in space but is quite lively. One can find many book lovers engulfed in reading over here.

    Legacy of Art & Culture
    This was a famous theater for drama and cultural events in South Mumbai. It was a famous venue for art lovers and especially for drama artists. I had visited this place often. Now this place is not in good shape and need maintenance.
