- Kay D20 contributionsBeen there for a massage in April 2017. It was an ok experience. No doubt space constraints exists. One needs to bear in mind the cost of real estate in Mumbai city. The massage was good. Went back again in 2018. Fairly good massage once again. The staff took good care. A few weeks ago my spouse had some discomfort on the shoulder. We met Dr Namrata who was quick to diagnose and treat with medication and oil. This was the third occasion (collectively in the family) where we found their services good. One cannot comment on the cost as there are multiple factors to the cost. - mumtwobabes25 contributionsThe price was ok but the facilities was amazing. The inflatable course was great. A good hour on this & they loved it. Then into the whirlpool. Wow that was fun too - a bit unsafe with smaller kids eg under 9 as easy to drown & the life guard wasn't watching the whole time, however other bigger kids were able to help. Parents need to be in there with the kids or kids have a floatation vest on. I enjoyed it too. Management is least bothered about its members problems.
Swimming -
Nitrro pool is not at all maintained - tiles in the pool have come off and they have placed n number of mats which is still not sufficient enough and people are still susceptible to injury.
They have no cap on admission and neither a strategy to control the increased number of members in the pool. During Summers it looks more like a flea market than a pool with people coming from all the directions and noone to restrict anyone. I got a severe eye injury with blood clot in the pool due to increased number of members from one of the members.
Inspite of conveying this to the management, they are least bothered of anyone's safety.

The doctors, radiologist, etc are seasoned professionals. Avoid test(s) which you feel are not required like for eg. I should have avoided mammography for my mother as we know her history quite well. - Shilpa P1 contributionI was a very loyal client of nuayurveda, Andheri.. Under Dr sreedevi things were going good.. I recd good service... She was kind and understanding yet efficient. However, since the new doc Ms Prajakta had taken over.. I was forced to stop using their services... She is not fit to be a doctor handling patients.. Insensitive... Rude.. Authoritative..she scares people into treatments..staff under her is reckless and rude to patients. Very bad state under her.
