He was always early and prompt on time for each tour.
He has impeccable talent for advising the driver and getting great photos.
He was then outstanding in accommodating my friend who had ankle surgery through climb some stairs and made her feel included when she could not.
I highly recommend him for any tours especially for dignitaries.

- BL3 contributionsWe had a great tour with a great guide who showed us some of the sights of Mumbai in 4 hours. Among others the Gateway of India, the Ghandi house, the laundry in the slums and the hanging gardens.
