Vibe would not necessarily be influenced or derived by late parties or alcohol, but the serene clean beaches of south Goa , hustle bustle surroundings of north Goa, the wind flowing through your hair, the sand in your feet, sound & feel of waves touching your feet, and sun on your head.
The coconut trees, the yellow & blue houses, lush green, narrow lanes suddenly opening to a highway, even the abundant scooters have some contribution to how the city looks like.
