- Sudeep BhattaFaridabad, India4 contributionsI have been in connection with BPC since 2022 when I had planned for the Chadar trek, but due to some reasons, I didn't go for it. But this time when I planned for the Spiti ride, Adil provided a wonderful itinerary which is the best in comparison to other itineraries I have received. When we started our ride, their process and plan were good, especially Gautam, who is a very soft-spoken person and had a good experience for the whole ride location. Despite multiple issues we faced due to bad weather, landslides, and low oxygen, he always had a good plan so that the interest of the trip would not be hampered.
I can say this Spiti ride was not an easy trip, someone had some balls to do this, but with you, this trip was so easy and happened with a great connection with people and emotions connect with them. Everyone was so helpful to each other and tried to motivate each other at all times to complete the ride. We had a tour of various mosques, monuments and lunch. We then flew to Cappadocia with the same guide. Stayed at an amazing hotel - Tafoni Cave Hotel. Service and Staff were amazing. Our tour in Cappadocia was to be private but we ended up going to all the places Big tour buses go. We did appreciate the history and information from our guide, but the lunch spots were with other Big tour buses. As a small group of 5 total we should have been able to go to other restaurants away from the masses. Also as Canadians they should know we enjoy a cold beer or wine at lunch/dinner. We were taken to restaurants that did not serve these beverages. We also toured a pottery and jewelry stores which big bus tours also toured. Lastly - once we returned back to Istanbul we stayed at the AJWA hotel. Though it was impressive - again no beer/wine to be served. Perhaps Sita needs to read who they are working with and adjust the tour, restaurants and accommodations accordingly. The main reason we picked a private tour is so we could get an unique experience different from the mass tours. We think holiday tram is best partner for your bali trip, they given very good hospitality and service. Mr. Sanjay pal was our tour agent.Good driver, good hotels, very good vehicle, also seprate carrier vehicle for luggage
Everything was perfectly managed and we can't express in our words that how much we enjoyed there
You can trust on this company with blind eyes, I personally recommend to everyone for holiday tram in bali, if you have any doubts then call me hassle-free

The guides and drivers were very knowledgeable, helpful, and on-time. Since the railroad stations are very large, I appreciated being walked to the departure platform and met at the arrival platform. Also, all the places we visited were interesting, and the hotels were all very nice and had good food in their restaurants. IndiaTor recovered well from airline flight delays.

I remember last year when I went to Kedarnath in 2020 with them as solo in the covid times..
They have managed and organised the trip in a amazing manner in the tough times of covid with proper following of SOP's.
