Just need to improve communication between drivers at the time pick ups. We did a 7-day Golden Triangle tour that was customized to our needs by Amit. He was the best tour planner we have ever worked with - he was very responsive to our questions and nothing was a problem for him. His customized tour went perfectly. The hotels were great. The tour guides in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur were very good (especially Agra - he was the best). Travel Station wrongly charged a visa fee for our Hong Kong visa, even though no fee was required. Our visa got rejected, but they hid the status and informed us two days later. Despite multiple calls, they ignored requests for an invoice and provided no support. Extremely unprofessional service by Shival and Sahil. Avoid them at all costs!
