- Jason SMelbourne, Australia2,667 contributionsVery good express train, if you arrive at Terminal 3 and staying near the train station then it’s so much quicker and cheaper than taxi.
Easy to navigate and no waits at ticket counter cost 160 rupees so it’s a no brainer to get.
It’s a nice modern day train and no overcrowding.Written 24 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Very easy to figure out - everything also posted in

We took the Habibganj Shatabdi from New Delhi to Bhopal. We travelled in the Executive Class which was extremely comfortable.
We were looked after well & served breakfast & lunch. The train was, unfortunately, late but that was due to flooding in a few parts that we crossed. Railways does have a big task at hand to ensure the train is kept clean at all times.
We would love to travel again by the Shatabdi Express.Written 28 August 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Executive class seats are wide with ample leg space. Bogie itself was fairly clean. The passengers and service staff is another thing all together. People were screaming and shouting throughout the journey with kids running in the aisle at all times and people watching videos on their phone with no headphones. The only time staff smiles is when they come asking for a tip at the end of service. Toilets are filthy and the staff don’t seem to care. Food is decent and well proportioned. The train was almost 45 mins late when it reached Delhi station. Would not travel again.Written 23 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
