I met master Vidhi chharya in Delhi for a therapy which was quite efficient. Then i follow his meditation classes on Facebook live during lockdown. So I wanted to try yoga class. I did it last week in Paris with a friend. It was very interesting, master Vidhi is very patient and gives you good explanations, he corrects your postures and he guides you with his voice for meditation and pranayama. He gives you the keys to practice when you are on your own.

Wow! What a fun time I had with dance choreographer Manish Saini. In 2 hours he taught a non dancer, three Indian dances. It was a great work out. I was collected from my hotel by a very chatty driver called Mr Kalsi with whom I felt very safe as a lone woman tourist. He was very interesting, informing me of many local Indian festivals and pointing out local sites of interest. Arriving on time, I changed into the outfit provided by the studio and was given a very Indian welcome. Manish took me through, piece by piece, elements of each dance and when he thought I was ready, instructed the video to commence. He was very encouraging and great fun. The two hours went by very quickly. It was time to leave, but not without a little gift of a snack, to boost my energy levels. I was the take for lunch where I ate super tasty naan breads ad exquisite Dhal. There was an extensive menu though, but this was enough for me. Cant rate this highly enough. If there was a downside for me, it would be that it was too short and whilst it was fantastic to have one to one tuition I think it would be great fun to do it in a group. It is a must do and I will be back

We were warmly welcomed. The studio have a very friendly atmosphere. At the beginning we got custems and water. The dance Trainer were very nice. We had 3 indian dance forms and had lots of fun. It doesn't matter if you can dance or not. Everybody can learn the moves and Everybody is welcome. Thank you so much!!!
